Thieves!, $ 545.35. I went on-line to reserve a pontoon boat for two days at 9:40 AM. A change in my family's status prompted me to cancel the reservation at 10:35 AM. I called the Marina. After talking to three people in Management. They said that I was only entitled to a 50% refund. Total that they kept: $545.35. Too bad, we have no sympathy for you. We would rather have your money.Screw your terms. What about ethics and decency?George B.

Great beach with a lot of shaded sandy area. Picnic tables and grills available. Water is pretty shallow and warm, so good for kids. It’s $12 per person and $2 for car for beach use. The shop (for beach use and some various goods/snacks) takes credit cards for over $10, and there are plentiful single stall bathrooms.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. George the shop supervisor, lead mechanic, and all around one man show took it upon himself to make sure our ailing boat was fixed for our family vacation! He even stayed well past closing time to make sure the repairs got done that day.We came for a one week family vacation with a "new to us" boat that was having maintenance issues. I thought I could trouble shoot them, but the boat just had no power. I spoke to George at the boat ramp of Lake Anna Marina and he told me he could take a look.After a some initial diagnosis he was able to determine and explain to me the issues with my boat and how they could be repaired.When it came to closing time I went back to the marina only to find him still hard at work and saying that he would stay until the job was done. My family and I couldn't have been more grateful.The boat ran great (best is has run for us since we have had it) during the test drive and we are excited to enjoy the rest of our vacation thanks to George and Lake Anna MarinaThank youWill Johnson and FamilyP.S. we plan on cross posting this on Yelp and other review sites.

Experience at lake anna marina wasn't a good one took my boat there last year in the late fall to get fixed and have it ready for this season,well long story short it's still broke i was told the water pumps needed rebuild or replaced the boat kept cutting off one motor would not stay on well had that done clot of money and it wasn't even the problem I bought the boat back to get fixed again every time I called to check on my boat no response the mechanic wouldn't return my call the laden the office don't know if she's the owner but when I called it was like I was bothering her need less to say I am spending my money not there's, all I ask for was a simple freaking call with a update and summer is half way over and I still haven't got my boat fixed, I am just blown away how people around here do business once again I am not happy at all with lake anna marina had to tap on a star to post

Vacation Savers! Our boat wouldn't start on day one of our vacation, which was a Sunday. Mr. Clark, the boat mechanic, was able to take our boat and fix it in a few hours. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend this place for boat repairs, or a nice place to launch on the public side. Thanks again!

Lake Ana is a great place to come with the family.You can feed the fish and walk around with the family.It’s a small place but it is pretty good to hang out with family.

Super friendly and easy in/easy out. The ramp is a little tight, but very doable.
