“Today was a good experience! Walked into the shop and it looked completely different. Very organized and efficient looking. The new owner, Sam, helped me with a fedex shipment. He is polite and friendly. He helped a young man before me in line with his large shipment and then me. I didn't have all the info I needed (was going to look it up on my phone) and he looked it up on his computer screen easy as can be. The new management is great.”
