I work at Dollar General and we are a Fed-Ex drop off and pick up station. Not many know about this but the ones that do use us frequently. Signing their packages in or checking then out is easy on the customer and the employee.

Terrible!! Not the people, but the company and the delivery. Had a package that was important and it was stepped on and footprints all over it and really dirty

Fedex does not pick on any timely basis. I dropped a package on Tuesday and FedEx still has not picked up. Tried to make a complaint FedEx but they refused to do so
