They accidentally put money ($800) in my bank account. I have direct deposit for my job, at the time I just thought it was my paycheck. Months down the road they called me and informed me it was a mistake on their part. They DID NOT give me any options to pay the money back.. I was depending on the money in my account. They immediately withdrew the money and my account went in the negative. Now I don't know what I'm going to do. Anyways I will be switching to a new bank and I strongly encourage for others to do the same. Ridiculous!

the only thing that's good about this place has their customer service their customer service is amazing but they will try to charge for not using their online banking service but they're online service constantly makes me change my password for some unknown reason like for example in with the password that I created three days ago and it doesn't work you can't even make an online account it until you go into the bank itself and ask for assistance trust me as soon as I can I will be leaving this bank if that's something that you're interested in doing go right ahead for it

Love the staff at CNB in both locations , BV and Lex . Very kind , & Polite
