“We got lost 2x trying to find this place before they closed. Got there a little past the time that they closed by they were waiting for us. We had been in contact with them of course while hunting where they were. Even my GPS had me going back into Buena Vista past 18th Street! When I turned around for the 3rd time my GPS took me right to it. They stayed open long enough to process us through and pay up our money. Thank u so much for that! We were really in a bind and it being right before Christmas I was really depressed. Their kindness help restore my faith in humanity again.”

“I genuinely wish I could give Grace Auto 6 stars. In the last month they have helped me with 2 major repairs on my Dodge Journey and they charged very fair prices. Definitely the best auto shop in the area.”

“I will always choose to go to widdifields. They are so fast with their service, and they are also very kind with their customer. I have never had a bad experience with them. I have taken my car on many occasions and they always do best by me by providing a good price and not insanely over charging like some places in our area. I've had my tires fixed a couple times and had them replaced and some oil changes. they are great!”

“On the last day of our 1500 mile road trip we blew a tire on 81 north. It was well after dinner time on a Thursday and almost all businesses had closed. We weren't sure where we would find a shop that carried a low profile tire let alone replace it first in the morning so we could drive our last 250 mile stretch home. I found Buena Vista Auto Center on google and called the number knowing it would be closed. The message on the answering machine gave me a number if I needed a tow so I hesitantly called the number to ask for suggestions knowing the spare tire wouldn't last the rest of the trip. A very friendly gentleman Named Dennis answered whom I learned later was the owner of the shop. He told me he didn't carry my tire and offered another shop where I might be able to get the work I needed done. The options seemed slim and he volunteered to drive from his house back to the shop that night to order a tire so that it would be put on the delivery truck and arrive first thing in the morning at the shop. The next morning he called us first thing when the shop opened to let us know he had the tire in hand. When we arrived at the shop he squeezed is in between appointments. Dennis mounted, balanced, installed, and we payed and we're out the door in 20 minutes. In this day and age this type of customer service and southern hospitality is very hard to find! I want to thank Dennis again for his hard work to save our trip and recommend him to you too!”

“My most recent trip to Leroy's was yesterday. As always, he had my poor little car up and going in short order, at a fair price, and with a smile to boot. I've been taking my cars to Leroy for more years than I can count up, and have never once felt overcharged, misdiagnosed, or mistreated in any way. Both he and his work are reliable. My dad was a mechanic, and while I'm no expert, I do know enough to smell a rat after while. Leroy has done a fine job of keeping our various vehicles in good shape over the years, and is great about giving me a heads up when something is going to need attention in the near future. In the medical world, this is called "anticipatory guidance." In the car world, it's called keeping you from breaking down on the side of the road. There are three people who cannot retire before I die -- my doctor, my dentist, and my mechanic. Thanks, Leroy, for all you do to make this world a better place!MAY 16, 2023 -- TIME FOR AN UPDATE!I'm still taking my cars to Leroy, and I still stand by everything I said in my review 7 years ago!”
