Great service and friendly. Myra and Jason went out of their way to help me. I hit a tree branch in the morning and it took out the cover on my AC. They were able to rush order a replacement and I received it the next morning. Good to go. Thank you

Horrible customer service- unwilling to negotiate price, work with the customer. I wouldn’t go to these guys for buying a camper.

I have worked with Mt Joy for the past 2 years, and their staff are great. It's a bit away from where I live, but the service they provide and the fact that they don't hit you over the head on pricing, I will keep them as my RV service center. They beat a place that rhymes with glampingworld hands down every time.

Many different reasons I come here. Mt Joy I've used for camper supplies / accessories / repairs. MSE for Western snow plows for my customers. My favorite...H&H for implements of pleasure and destruction along with the lead they throw and the accessories that burn through your cash on hand.

We recently purchased a travel trailer from MT Joy.i had been to several other big name sellers in the area and was ready to give up on camping when I found Mt.Joy .I was warmly greeted by Rebecca who let me ask all the questions and never forced anything on me like I felt like they tried to do at the big name suppliers.Im so pleased that I could support a small town family owned business and they made me feel like family.Jason was also very helpful in answering any questions.if your looking to purchase a trailer I recommend Mt. Joy over the other big name suppliers in the area.thanks guys for making the purchase of our travel trailer an pleasant experience.

Beware! Do not bring your camper here for any kind of service.I brought my camper to Mt Joy in November over three months ago. The first technician I was dealing with knew the problem I was having with my slide and seemed very confident in my dealings with him. In the course of my camper being there that technician was fired and a new one took over the repair. The girl handling the service repairs in the office evidently didn't relay the issues to the new tech. He replaced the wrong seal because of this. So when he called to discuss the repair and said he would replace the seal we were talking about two different things. Had the info been properly relayed this wouldn't have been an issue. So when I arrived to pick the camper up they had replaced the wrong seal which had nothing to do with what I brought it there for. On top of that I discovered a hole in the wall inside that no one seemed to know how it got there. At that point I asked to speak to the owner because they were attacking me for the miscommunication. I have never been treated so badly as a customer. I have no control over the original tech being fired and the girl in the office not relaying the info from one to the other. At this point I should have left and taken my camper elsewhere as they had already had it for over three months and I needed it for an upcoming trip. So I went over with the tech why we had brought the camper there and he said he would go over what the original tech had done and if they had to remove the slide to inspect then they would have to charge me for it. I said I wanted pictures and an estimate. So then I get an email the next day after they had already pulled the slide out without telling me how much this would cost or that they were actually doing that. After everything that had happened the previous day I would have assumed a reputable business would let you know how much something costs before doing anything. They didn't and then let me know the cost would be $800 for the whole process of taking it out and back in. They then gave me a super inflated estimate to make me think they didn't want to do the work. At this point I have zero confidence that they could even do the repair if initiated. So I advised that I would be picking the camper up to have repairs done elsewhere. So here we are $800 for nothing and a camper that is worse off now than when I bought it in. I'm sure they will respond to this review and attack me again for the incompetence and unwillingness to take responsibility. However I felt any potential customer should be made aware of this business and the service they fail to provide.

Great service appointment on my 5th wheel RV. I had spoke to Myra the prior week and explained that I needed some service done but had to have the RV back the same day due to being a full timer. She scheduled my appointment and made sure I had plenty of room to park. Everyone was very helpful getting my 45 ft RV parked and hooked back up after my service appointment. They pulled my large RV around with their fork lift so I could pull straight out of the lot! Had the RV back and headed back to my RV park earlier than I had expected. Great prices, great service! Thanks!!
