Cost prohibitive repair prices. I would be out well over $1,000 on repairs for my bottom of the line, probably not even worth $1,000 John Deere riding mower. A couple days on Youtube and about $50 later I’m mowing grass again. I’m glad I was able to solve the problems on my own but would have gladly paid a couple hundred...
