Unfortunately, there is not an option for a negative stars rating. ? The new manager has created an atmosphere that is not welcoming AT ALL! Every day, people are complaining about how no one will wait on you at the DG. If you need help, you have to find an employee. Today, my husband went in with a legitimate return (poor quality fan), and the new girl acted like she didn't know how to process the return WITH RECEIPT. She walked away and went outside to find the assistant manager who had to show her where the store gift cards for returns were. They were on the shelf right below the register, where I put them 2 months ago ?. EVERYONE needs to stop shopping at Buchanan Dollar General. Spend your money at the renovated Family Dollar where they don't have an issue waiting on customers.Thanks

New mngr has fired great employees! The "new" DG went to pot. I've deleted my account with this company and removed the app! I really liked dg to. I tried calling the gm, but it's went nowhere. That says it all. Bye dg!

boxes and boxes of crap blocking shelves and displays. no worker inside for me to ask for help, very inconvenient for just a drink.

A joke of a “new” store. The new manager Rebecca is not friendly. Had better employees before she showed up. Miss the most helpful one they had. Dollar General, do better.

I live less than a minute away and called ahead of time to be sure they were still open. I arrived 10 minutes prior to close to purchase one quick item and the doors were locked. The employee Michelle let a customer out and told me she locked the door 2 minutes before close when that is 100% inaccurate as I was standing out front the entire time. I am a regular here for majority of my household items and will no longer be going to this location.

They have nothing stocked.They don't have the most basic things that should be there, like the toys and things that were there before they moved. The vibe there isn't friendly at all. They just need to do better

The store is a terrible mess with carts full of product in every aisle making it difficult to shop. Shelves are half empty due to so much product on the carts. Had to wait for a cashier to check me out. The music being played is full of static and very annoying. Will never go back to this dump!

My daughter was in there today. I don't know what disrespectful people where working. My daughter had a son who would of been 15 today. He passed a little after he was 3 months old. When she came in store she was asked if she was alright. They seemed to think it funny. She's not coming back she told me. I had to hear this all the way here in South Carolina. It's hard enough to deal with this each year. You need to teach your employees some respect and kindness. You've lost my business when I visit. I'm ashamed of you all. I have friends here in SC at Dollar General. They will hear about this.
