“I like the management. Other than that, they need a HUGE firing session and rehire. Either that or retrain. There are a couple cashiers that are just.... Rude. 4 stars though because of the phenomenal management OH AND PLEASE HAVE MORE THAN ONE PERSON AT THE FRONT OF THE STORE!!!!!!!”
“This Roses has been around for decades. It is worn. However, it's worth a visit. If you look, you'll find some name brand items, slightly irregular, but well worth the cheap price tag. I've seen Tahari bags, men's Chaps Ralph Lauren polo shirts (off season), etc. The home and garden furnishing/artificial floral sections were really nice. Some clothing and jewelry is a bit trendy. Bins of $2.50 tee-shirts were great (but shrink). Overall, there aren't many associates working usually, the store is worn, and the bathrooms are very "malodorous," but Roses is worth checking out. There are definitely some deals, and merchandise changes often. I recommend it.”
“I really like the staff in this store. Sometimes it gets busy because of the location and the staff does a good job to keep the line moving. They seem to get new inventory all the time so its worthwhile browsing there weekly. Store is always clean and well lit. Parking are big and spacious making it safe to pull in and out and get through the parking lot. The store manager is as helpful as all staff. It's a convenience for the locals so we don't have to drive 15 miles to South Hill, VA.”
“This is one of the cleanest, well organized Dollar Generals I have ever been in. You can tell the manager Melody Homiak works very hard. Highly recommend this store.”

“Severely understaffed but the people there are busting a** every time I go in. I stop in almost every week to grab a few things and the workers are always welcoming and friendly regardless of how busy it is.”
