Since I'm talking more or less to a "wall" I have to make a point here.My battery has arrived damaged, not usable. Obviously destroyed while shipping. Sent pics and made some remarks. As a feedback so far nothing than empty words like we will go in touch with our carrier and we will let you know the result. Of course the package was insured. My first contact to VA 8th of August (battery arrived same day). Today 25th of August.17 days no idea whats going on.Wrote some e-mails in between asking the status. Mostly no reply at all.I'm expecting to receive another battery on none cost, means incl .shipping, tax and fees.Lets see how they proceed and to get it solved by VA.Zero stars so far.Update:I do not have a contract with fedex, but you have. It is clear that VA is my contact to fix the issue.Thanks for your efforts so far.Soon as there is a 100% solution I will update my review.Update Sept. 5th:No response since 30th August, seems still pending.Update September 13th:Was promised to receive another battery on none cost, except german tax and fees. Change to 2 stars.Update September 14th:Another battery has been shipped. Change to 4 stars

I ordered a steering gear rebuild kit. Just as described, its a fantastic product. I was confused though, because my order status consistently showed "shipment pending" so I waited for a phone call to authorize the shipping price. Several days later I tried calling, several times I heard a busy signal. One last try before heading to work finally went through. "The part was shipped, shows it should arrive today." And it did. I'm working on it now. All this to say... it's car-show season and they are busting their butts to fill orders. VCM is great at what they do and if you (and I) will give them some patience they just might surprise you.Thanks guys!

Recently placed my first order for a couple parts we really wanted, and added a few odds and ends to get over $100 for the free shipping. a week later, the order arrives, one of the desired parts is absent. call customer service, it's out of stock, no idea when more will arrive.The next weekend, I install the parking brake warning light. Doesn't work.I call to report the problem, ask if they require me to return only the defective piece, or the entire kit? Of course, the entire kit. Perform continuity test, determine the cheap 10 cent switch never closes to complete the circuit. Switch replacement would require disassembling the switch, so I call again, and am asked "do I want a replacement or a refund?". "A replacement would be great!", I respond. They check while I wait, discover they have no more, tell me refund will be put back on my card when they receive item.I've checked other sources, no one currently has this in stock.today, I wrapped the kit, and took it to the post office. of course, I now have to pay to insure and return the defective item.Ideas? How about a website that won't let you order "out of stock" items?How about keeping one of something on the shelf until the return window closes for recently filled orders just in case something is defective?How about defective return authorizations emailing a label which includes shipping costs to return the item?In the end, I paid for shipping, and the two items I really wanted are the two items I don't have.

So far not very impressed. Need to modify an order and all I get is a busy signal when calling. Also the website was trying to get me to set up an acct, and would not let me add a different ship to address.

I have ordered multiple times from VCM and have been completely satisfied. Brittany contact you before shipping to provide a custom shipping charge, not a one-size-fits-all. Their packaging of the products into the smallest but most protected package is stellar.People have gotten used to dealing with large companies with a lot of capital...it's nice to do business with a small company with thoughtful and knowledgeable people.

We purchased online. They shipped to the wrong address (admitted by their employee) NOT the address on the invoice. When notified, they would not re-ship the parts or refund the purchase price until they received the parts back from UPS. The rep did finally apologize two weeks later for her error but we had to contact them numerous times to get updates - all the while waiting on the parts that we ordered over a month earlier. Finally, they did refund the order - which we only found out about when we gave them one last chance before seeking remedy via credit card dispute. We remain firm believers in supporting small businesses, but we don't plan to do business with them again.

Sent wrong color paint (2 cans @ $14.95 ea.) Was not the color I ordered from their website. Paint was way too dark. A very small circle was painted on a piece of cardboard because I had a feeling it was wrong. I called Drake (the can had Drake Auto on it) and they confirmed that VA Mustang sent the wrong color. I called VA Mustang and told them what Drake said and gave them a contact at Drake to confirm their error. Even after this VA Mustang wanted me to pay to ship it back and they would let me know if they would refund. WHAT??? Wrong item sent and somehow I have to pay for return and they may or may not refund. Lots of places for Mustang parts. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them. Rude and poor business practices. I noticed the reply from VA Mustang. It is Not the truth. Light Ivy Gold p/n V5760. They sent V5778. Not light Ivy Gold. Their website shows completely different then what was sent. Drake confirmed. Now add dishonest to the list of VA Mustang faults.

Arrived in person after taking a 2-hour drive to check this place out in person only to have a young lady have no idea what she was looking for by using their website and not asking for help from anyone in the store and having no one there to ask questions or talk to about pulling the head to replace the head gasket. Disappointing to say the least after reading otherwise mostly good reviews.
