Called ahead to come look at a tractor. After driving over 5 hours, the sales person hardly gave me the time of day. The tractor had issues that were not disclosed in advance. Leaking hydraulic fluid, 1st gear was gone on the transmission. For just over 1000 hours, tractor was abused. After testing, no follow up from salesperson. Wasted trip. I would look elsewhere unless you like to be disappointed.

was looking for a wood chipper and found one at Shenandoah Valley Equipment that i liked so i called and the staff was very helpful in answering my questions. When i went up there to pick up the chipper saw a Kubota tractor i really liked and ended up purchasing that also.Both pieces of equipment worked as advertised and as i stayed before, the staff was very helpful. Not only that but the Father and his sons who own the business were very personable and outgoing and i truly enjoyed meeting them. all in all this has been a very pleasant buying experience

Contacted this dealership to make an offer on a piece of equipment that is well over 3 hours away from where we live. Previously was told to make an offer, the offer I made was not unreasonable at all. The reason I gave this review was because the sales person told me to "join the club" instead of willing to negotiate. I found that to be rude and uncalled for. I have worked sales for well over 20 years and I would never speak with a customer like that especially if they are willing to pay CASH! Anyone be prepared for a rude response when contacting this dealership.
