We have been going here and working with Connie to complete our tax returns for 15 years and are always very happy with the service. She is knowledgeable, quick, helps us save money, inexpensive, and so friendly.

We did our taxes with Connie and still haven't receive a copy of my tax paperwork since March of 2023. we keep calling the number no one answer and also email them we haven't not got any respond.Very poor customer service.

First time doing my taxes here and I can say it was very friendly and without stress. They are very knowledgeable and patient. Since I cannot drive to this office very often they put in the extra work to help me get my taxes filed expediently. I will be returning next year!

Communication is terrible! Underpaid the IRS and my wife and I received a bill from the IRS and had to resolve out of our own pocket. To date, this is not resolved with this firm.

We had used them for about two years with no problems but in 2016 we did have some issues in regards to getting in contact and keeping appointments which was very stressful. We filed with BBB and they even couldn't get in contact with them. Thankfully almost a year later the issues are resolved and they apologized and got our stuff done. Still think they are a good place but this why I am only giving them a four.

GO HERE. I have used Connie Watts for years and she is great and very thorough. I now reside out of the sate of Virginia and I still have Connie do my taxes. There is nowhere else in the Valley that will care for you as much as this place does when it comes to tax time.
