this was my first time going there and my last . my dogs gets very nervous i advised she is sensitive in her back legs and hip area . she needed her shots and they suggested blood work I also wanted her nails trimmed and something for anxiety in card rides , she was very scared they musellled her which I know is for the safety of the staff of course, took three of them to hold her down .kept touching her sensitive legs . Dr hardly examined her at all didn't seem to care about joint pain and refused to give anything for anxiety . Then of course they can't trim her nails and I will have to bring her back and sedate her and pay yet another visit . when you arrived the man at the desk continued to talk in the phone not even acknowledging you.And don't get me started on their charges

So we have been going to broadway Veterinary for a while no other place competes, my sweet girls have been treated with care and the entire staff are so sweet and understanding. I now only go to their clinic . There was a moment in time only once where I was not able to afford the price of surgery, I asked them if I can pay them later when I come into some money. They did the surgery and it was a job well done I'm so very grateful I was able to pay them in 2 weeks as I promised. No other place would have done that. Thank you so very much Broadway Veterinary you have won my heart with your understanding staff and member. This is my go to place . They take the best care of my pets always.

My family has used Dr Burgess for 15+ years. He and his staff are always very kind and thoughtful. I recently had to put my 15 year old dog down and I was brought to tears by the nice sympathy card they sent me in the mail. I will always recommend BVH to family and friends.

Took my Guniea pig there back in 2019 ... They saw her. And where supposed to call me back with a treatment plan never did and she died. Because of there neglect to care.
And to do as they said.
Wouldn't recommend taking animals there for anything that could be potentially life threatening or an infection because most likely your animal will not get the care it needs.

The staff are very friendly and kind. They also accommodate a last-minute appointment for a broken toe. I would recommend this vet to anyone

My best friend Maggie was suffering. I brought her here and they agreed it was time. I was an emotional mess for it and every single one who helped my best friend pass peacefully took as much care of her as they did me. So much respect for you all. Thank you for caring so much about everyone who comes through your doors...whether on four legs or two.

We were there for the car show and drag racing. Only one source for food. Food Truck. Only convenient for drag racers. Car show was ok. Drag racing, the 6 hours we were there, not so much. We were told AGAIN, this was the last anything there. Gore was closing it down. Retiring. Was a big disappointment all the way around. I'm being generous giving it 3 stars.
