Do not ever use this company if you can avoid it. FedEx delivered a package to my home that did not belong to me and the delivery address wasn't even close to my actual address. When I called this number to let them know that they had made a mistake they expected me to fix it for them. When I asked them to come pick up this large heavy package they told me they expected me to take it to a FedEx location myself. I will work on tracking down the owner of the package but this kind of customer service is absolutely ridiculous. If this package were mine I would be furious.
