Armel here was extremely helpful to us. We needed to catch a flight and my sister had forgotten her card PIN to withdraw some money since she doesn’t live here and doesn’t use the card very often. They were able to ask us some questions and reset it in a timely manner. Thank you Sir. Seems like a good location overall too

Went to Bank of America Opened a savings account and got approved for a credit card. Mr. Arnel Angeles was soo pleasant, kind and professional. I would recommend you see him for all your banking needs.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced at a bank. I've been a BOA account holder for over 20 years and I've never been treated as poorly as I was at this branch. The manager and employee I talked to seemed to be looking for ways NOT to help me. They were curt and rude Avoid at all cost and find another branch.

Wednesday at 2:55pm: Arrived. 3 people in front of me. 1 Teller. 4 other employees walking around asking what we needed and then told us she would be with us.No one else helped her. Waited in line until 3:15pm. Employee needed help with my transaction and went to the back. 3:30pm transaction complete. No help for the Teller, Monica, who was incredibly apologetic. Poor Monica. She needs better management.

Worst bank of america branch. Plan to spend atleast 1.5-2 hours in waiting in order to see a representative. Been here couple of times but same experience every time. No point is setting up an appointment also. You would end up waiting even more of you have an appointment.

Line was four people deep on a busy Friday late afternoon with only one teller and three bank employees in their offices.. I needed a replacement debit card and was told to have a seat and wait.. The branch manager checked with one of the other employees who was in her office with another customer and then advised me I was going to have to wait for a half hour because she was the only one who could re-issue cards.. Now he was very professional, apologetic and a very nice guy, but the concept of having to wait for another thirty minutes after already waiting in line for approximately ten minutes for a relatively simple banking transaction is poor customer service and not what I expect from an institution the size of BOA.. I see the same thing at their other local branches, long lines and obviously understaffed.. Thet need to stop nickel and dining their branches labor budget and give each branch a budget big enough to staff their branches properly.. I'm probably more upset than normal because I am traveling tonight and just didn't have time to wait for a half hour..

Walked in Friday noon to deposit money. Aisha (service rep) was very friendly & helpful. We had a little chit chat while she solved my issue. The only drawback was they seemed short staffed which was causing the wait time & line increased inside & drive thru!
