Made an appointment online for a molecular covid test. Showed up, waited for my turn in the drive thru, and after 15 minutes at the window, was told that they don't do molecular or PCR tests even though you can make an appointment for those online. They only offer the rapid & flu test. I did the rapid test and was then charged $20! What? I talked to my insurance co. 2 hours before the appointment & they stated all tests will be fully covered AND walgreens collected my insurance information when I made the appointment.
Results in 30 minutes or less... nope. Had to call an hour later and have them send the results because I never got them (yes, I checked the junk folder).
Not the end of the world, but disappointing to say the least.

This specific location is a joke. Cheryl the “manager” should not be allowed to speak to people. Not only was the way she spoke to customers was horrendous but it was even worse to her employees! Can’t imagine working for someone who treats you with such little respect. I never go out of my way to leave reviews but after what I witnessed it felt necessary. Will now go out of my way to go another location.

So, I deeply appreciate the pharmacists. Because they kindly helped and suggested what medicine was right for my kid, even though it was past their hours to close. Thank you again.

Fast friendly service always for in store pickup, drive thru pharmacy, and photo orders. Would definitely rather drive the extra distance for this location than going to the closer cvs.

Although I have been using this location for deliveries since January of this year when I got COVID on Dec 31, today was my very FIRST time being inside the store to shop. Before I start the store review, let me just say they also have a fantastic delivery system. Every delivery takes less than 15 min to get to my doorstep. I literally could not have gotten over my COVID without Walgreen and Doordash. Back to my store review, so I was finally inside the store for FedEx drop offs. I was afraid I would get lost because I had never heard of FedEx service being offered inside a Pharmacy. But as soon as I got inside the store, I was able to locate FedEx sign and when I got to it, a young lady who was standing nearby jumped out and asked if I needed help. Just wawoo…. Now, this was my first time using a FedEx Drop Off, so I had no idea what to ask for. She kindly walked me through and verified my phone number and made sure I received the text messages to confirm of receipt. Then I shopped around the store to grab my sister’s fav coconut white chocolate which was something apparently you could only get from walgreens. The lady at the cash register was actually the same lady who helped me out with the FedEx and again she was very efficient and courteous. Thanks Walgreen for making my shopping experience such an easy and pleasant one.

I bought a bottle of b12 vitamin from this store for $14.85 with 60 tablets in it , only to realize that the same brand at target with 160 tablets was selling for $12.65I tried to return the item and get a refundThey did not refund me even though I returned it one hour later and the bottle was intact and unopened, i will never come back to that store .Their products are way overpricedShop around before going to Walgreens

The drive thru pharmacy takes way too long at times. People should be told to go inside and wait if the order is gonna take more then 10 minutes.

Sorry, I can't understand why this branch of Walgreens has such low ratings. I drive an extra 5+ miles to avoid the Gainesville branch. For the past 2.5 years I have found EVERY employee (pharmacist, pharmacy techs, cashiers, etc.) to be courteous, knowledgeable and more than competent.

For some reason they wouldnt file my script but lie to my face and said they did i had to wait a whole week and harass them to get it filed.. then on top of that they ask me to verify my address but ask for i.d. anyways im pretty annoyed with these ppl but then they have other ppl there that are very helpful

This is my first time visiting this Walgreens store. I made an appointment online for vaccinations. Making online appointment it was very easy and simple.And also when I arrived in store they provided me with great customer service and the ladies at pharmacy counter they were very nice and helpful.I diffently coming back here for my next vaccinations.

Store is good, not bad nothing amazing.Pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to:- slow to fill prescriptions: when you are most counting on them to fill something, you will be disappointed- they're electronically challenged: do not bother pre-filling out any forms online via the app. They will make you do it all over again with paper forms there, taking up extra time. They get confused and combative if providing them COVID vaccination proof electronically, such as via Apple Health app or saved/unprinted proof from Dept of Health.- systems down a lot: whether their fault or not, often times you can't get monitored medications like Allegra-D because their system is down. This happens more than is comfortable.Just use another Walgreens or CVS and save yourself disappointment.

We love this pharmacy; friendly pharmacists and technicians. They are always understanding and will get your RX filled as soon as they can. I have never had a single issue with them. The retail part is average but the pharmacy is top notch. I just wish they had more supplies.Keep it up guys!!!

Pay attention to your barcodes and the item you are buying. I noticed a discrepancy in the fl. oz on the bar code for my item. There was not a price with my barcode so i looked the item up on their website. When i went to pay the item had been rang up the same price as the incorrect barcode. I asked the cashier about it and the answer I was given, " We don't price match our website."I ended up not buying this item and realized that transparency with their customers is an issue. I hope next time they don't ring up my water bottle for the price of a diamond ring.
