Christy is awesome! I have been going to her for years and followed her to USNails. She is always kind and patient. She expertly removes and prevents recurrence of my tendency for ingrown nails. My favorite nail technician ever!

I wouldn't spend money here again. I called in the morning to inquire about a particular service, which they assured me they could do, and then booked an appointment for late afternoon that same day. When I arrived, I was immediately told they could not implement the design I had requested over the phone. Instead of leaving, I decided to just do a regular natural-looking acrylic set.
The tech I was assigned to was nice until I asked her to correct a small, simple mistake on one of my nails. She had an attitude with me for the rest of the service after that. Doing things like pushing my hands harder down towards the LED lights when she wasn't doing that before. She was visibly pissed and was speaking to me in a condescending tone. I then requested to that she apply 3 coats of polish instead of 2 and she told me NO because it would be too dark, even though I was very aware of that as that was the look I was going for. She also cut the side of my finger on a few of my fingers from filing way too aggressively. Her nasty attitude threw me off and I will never be coming back if that's how she treats her clients when being asked to fix ONE nail.
Giving it 2 stars only because my the final result of my nails do look good. But the overall experience was highly disappointing.

Horrible horrible.. 2 times I made an appointment and went with my children and they ignored my kids and took someone else. The first time I took my daughter the lady treated her very bad and kept yelling at her. I thought I give them another chance since I was going there often but the second time was even worse. Both of my daughters sat there while we had appointments and they ignored my girls who sat there and took other people who walked in after. They have lost a customer and I will never support such an establishment who treats customers with children horrible.

Went for pedicures with my husband. We decided to try this place out, but we will not be back. First off, we were not provided with the menu for services. We were asked if we wanted the $52 or the $62 with no explanation. Of course we inquired as to the difference, but I noticed the customers after us were provided with a menu which included a basic pedicure which only cost $37. This wasn’t even mentioned to us! The massage elements on our chairs were not turned on, so I turned them on myself for both of us. Next, the tech doing my husbands pedicure made a phone call and texted on her cell phone multiple times during his service. Someone came in beside me with extremely long toe nails which were clipped and left lying in the floor next to my sandals and within my line of sight through out my entire service. We were not offered water or spoken to at all by our techs throughout the service. I was up charged $20 for gel polish. I always pay extra for gel but never that much. At the end of the service, my husband paid the bill and did not realize tips are generally customary. But also, you’ve read my review right? The service we received didn’t go above and beyond - and was honestly not even up to par for the price paid. He signed the ticket and gave it back and then it was literally put back in his face. He was asked why he didn’t tip and told he needed to add tips. He was then told to run his card again. I just handed the lady a $20 bill and walked out. Not worth arguing over but tips should be earned not demanded. So on top of being under serviced and grossed out, this place demands that customers tip. No thank you.Service: Pedicure

I have never left a bad review for a business before, but then I thought about a teenager going for their first eyebrow wax & decided it feels like the right thing to do to warn you against this nail salon. I had the most PAINFUL eyebrow wax here. I don't know if the tech was inexperienced but she tore the strips off without holding the skin. Then she plucked in the opposite direction of the hair. I have been waxing my eyebrows at salons for more than 10 years and have never had pain like this. It was brutal.

We went to just get a manicure and a refill and end up paying $200+ for these services, which is ridiculously overpriced. For any kind of service it seems like they charge you extra for everything. First and last time I’ll get my nails done here.Service: Gel manicures
