Had a terrible experience here. Hit or miss depending on who u get. My nail tech had been working there for 20 plus years. She was rough with me, cut me on every one of my fingers (she sprayed peroxide on my hands and it was excruciating), left ingrown toe nails, buffed my natural nail so far down it hit my skin, as well as gel polish was left on my skin. Very very unimpressed with her care and precision. She tried to upsell me and guilt me into buying a bigger package. If u want to be rushed out of the door without care and attitude, come here!

So very happy each time I come here for a manicure and a pedicure. Tina is wonderful. She has done my nails for years! I’m always happy and feel relaxed. Love the massage pedicure chairs. The salon is super clean. The color selections give you many choices.

The absolutely best!!! I cannot express how much I LOVE Cindy and the quality work she does. She does such expert work and my nails are always PERFECTION. These are my FAVORITE SO FAR!
Kathy is also an expert at pedicures. She pays attention to detail and is the SWEETEST.

Worst experience. Had to pay before they put polish on (probably because people have walked out with how bad quality is). I chose a color and it ran out after the first coat and instead of getting a new bottle she put solution into the dried up bottle and kept going. Granted, I should have told her to get a new polish but I thought at this point it was too late to redeem the worst and uneven shaping I’ve ever seen of my nails. My entire set of nails cracked 4 days after leaving the salon. Very cheap so thank goodness but you get what you pay for I guess.

I went here for a pedicure. They told me they had availability to do it when I arrived. I signed in and I chose my polish, was taken to a chair and placed my feet in the very hot water. 30 minutes later I am sitting with my feet in cold water and being completely ignored! Finally she comes to do my pedicure and rushes it so bad. It was a quick swipe with the scrubbing of my feet a quick wipe of scrub on my legs and then painting my nails and after painting a quick swipe of some lotion. Slap on the shoes and put you go. I still had scrub and lotions remnants on my legs!!! This was the worst pedicure ever! I got in my car and my nail polish was still wet and globs on the edges of my big toe. How are they still in business?

This is my home nail salon. Meaning I don’t go to any other. Now to all my women out there I know how hard it can be to find a good nail place that takes their time with you. That’s clean and nice staff. This is the place. I have been going to US nails for years. I won’t say I’m picky lol but uhh ok I’m picky in terms quality. Can’t be too thick of polish, can’t make me bleed that is a No No and most of all much be clean and attentive. US nails is all those things. I can’t finish this review without giving a shot out to Melissa my nail tech! She is nothing short of amazing and manages my thing just right lol. So if you are looking for a nail salon in the Bristow area stop by they take walk ins. Very friendly and welcoming!
Cleanliness: Very clean. Still wearing mask. Disposable lining in foot tub. Tools under a black light.

Never been to a place that they time you for the service or rush you. The lady left my feet in scolding hot water didn’t even ask if the tempters was ok I ended up refusing to put my feet back in and she did it again. They cut my nails wrong. Not coming back

Tina is absolutely the best! I have been coming to her for years!! The salon is clean and has a ton of colors to choose from. Everyone that works there is so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!!

I had previously came here once to get my eyebrows done and I loved how this one lady left them. Came back again….. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! My eyebrows are naturally full and have a great shape. So tell me how in the world is she gonna mess them up this bad ?? Then the manager has the audacity to say can “you come back &’ see how we can fix it ? “ HOW ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THIS !????
