This is my 1st review that I have ever done in my life. Yesterday, I had the experience of meeting 2 of your employees Kenneth and Christopher. It wasn't because I went into the store to purchase a phone but I did witness EXCEPTIONAL customer service. My son's tire blew out in the parking lot yesterday on his way home from school and these guys jumped into action. Now days you don't find strangers eager to help others but they did without any hesitation. It wasn't a simple job, I didn't even have everything that we needed. They even went as far as going to their vehicles, using their own tools, getting down on the dirty ground, and putting their own safety in jeopardy to help out complete strangers. When I tell you they were angels sent from God yesterday I definitely mean it. YOU ARE APPRECIATED KENNETH & CHRISTOPHER!!! Keep up the good work guys!!!

I had the worst experience with the “assistant manager” Elizabeth to be exact. She was awfully rude and talked awful on her co worker who is also an “assistant manager” who is amazing kenneth and offered us the most amazing deals but sadly he did not work today and could not assist us. Elizabeth wanted to overcharged us and overprice us over two new iPhone 15’s. We went directly to a new T-Mobile with better service and gave us a whole 360 of different information. In the end I am very disappointed that you have given Elizabeth this position as she does not have the patience to assist people as she was very rude over the phone as well. I hope to see a better Hispanic representative one day at this T-Mobile because it very sad to have to make this commentary.

Such an amazing experience! Kat, Cristian, & Wally helped me out with a very frustrating problem I’ve had that’s been occurring over the last few months. Long story short my bill was something totally inaccurate from what I was quoted in a different store location and these representatives helped me sort it out in less than an hour… such an amazing team, their teamwork is truly a representation of how all teams in all workforces should work. They also hooked me up with an awesome deal for me and my daughter to upgrade our phones. The whole experience was fun, professional, and efficient. I will definitely let my friends and family know about this location and who to come to. Thank you!

Cristin and Kat helped me out so much! i had originally came in with a recurring issue on my bill that multiple other tmobiles could not figure out and i was at my wits end. i was so frustrated with tmobile as a whole until Kat and Cristin helped me. they worked for a very long time trying to resolve my issue and by the end of it i left with my problem fixed and well informed on some new deals i was eligible for. this is what sales reps should be! i thank them and will definitely be returning to this store in the future!

I had come to regret doing service here, absolute low knowledge on undoing unnecessary scamming customers. Had a Hispanic lady working here brine SO hard to get my two toddlers iPhone watches which is not needed if I just needed a phone, was WAY pushy. Then up-charged ! Said that I was trapped on their plan for 6 months and nothing they can do, decided to call customer service and was able to get out of this horrible T-Mobile contract. I am convinced other “good reviews” are perhaps acquainted or “friends” with the employees to get their stars 5 but do not come here .

Cadam was and has continued to be very helpful with my account and line. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I have the best deals possible and made transitioning from Verizon to T-Mobile a breeze. His knowledge far exceeds what I've dealt with in the past and I can't imagine ever changing my provider due to his charismatic and helpful demeanor. I highly recommend this location.

I went in to see about getting another phone bc mine was having issues. The guy tried to convince me to add a line to get a free phone and just have 3 lines for 2 years and then cancel it. That makes zero sense. So I told him I was going to check what deals I could get on phones if I switched to Verizon. He tried telling me if I walk out the door and decide I want to come back, all promotions are void and I couldn't add a line and get a free phone for 90s days. This guy was the white guy w a nose ring. He needs to be trained on customer service and an attitude adjustment.Thanks to this guy, you lost a costumer to Verizon!
