I got a unit last year, paid for a full year. Went into today to pay another 6 months, and found that the rate was raised nearly 60%. From $48 to $71 per month.!! No written notice recieved (yet). I realize this is a reflection of the company and not of the site. I wouldn't be giving ANY stars, except that the site is clean and managed sufficiently. I was also informed that this was the going rate for new occupants. I'm NOT a new customer, but I may be a former if this is the way they want to treat current customers.

We rented here for 4 months. Tim, the manager, was always helpful and friendly. Never tried to upsell or pressure us. Perfect location, with facilities that are secure, clean, in great shape, and half the cost of some other nearby facilities we checked out before choosing Self-Storage Plus.

If you are looking for a storage facility that is clean inside and out, has great customer service delivered by people that really care and take pride…. This is the place! Tim and Pat are super professional and will treat you like family! Take my advice if you need storage in this area…and go see these great people!

I was referred to this storage after closing of another storage. When I went to pay, there was a warm welcome. Everything went smoothly. The storage unit was bigger than I anticipated. Rented for about 4 months and there were no mice roaches or any kind of vermits in our things. Very clean. I moved out and was called because I completely forget with moving and unpacking. Thankfully they called me...Pat and Tim is the best.

This place should be investigated by corporate for their shady business practices. The staff are seemingly never working in the office, nobody ever answers the phones, and nobody ever returns phone calls. I much prefer CubeSmart where they actually provide customer service. Will avoid Self Storage Plus in the future.

The place is clean and great to store your belongings. However their customer service is absolutely horrible. Repeatedly called and sent emails in regards to updating insurance on my unit, with zero response. I’ve left voicemails and had no call backs.
Went in person to update my account, they scanned in my insurance paperwork and then did nothing with it and continued to charge me for their insurance. Sent more emails and calls and never receive a response.

DO NOT store your things here. We found mold on AND in our furniture. Even some pots and pants in a box and on pot holders and mitts. They tried to say maybe the mold was there before we put it in the storage unit. Which I would never keep anything with mold on it.

It’s a nice property with more than fair prices. Had a mix up and was provided incorrect gate password which caused inconvenience that ultimately led to me requiring to extend a truck rental. However, the Assistant Manager did reconcile his mistake and he was professional and pleasant to interact with.

I give a four star because the place is clean. I rented my storage last November 2022. Already not even 6 months my rate went up to over 100 dollars. I didn't rent a small unit. It started out at 76 dollars a month not it's 104 and they included insurance when I already provided my Renters insurance. I learned that they had been charging insurance two months after I rented it b/c the first month was free. I didn't realize it until a few months into the following year. A paper copy they wanted so I emailed it to them asking for a receipt that they received it. No response. So I call and call and call and call no answer for weeks this goes on. I get my daughter to call no answer. Today I'm home sick so I decided to get dressed and drive to the office after repeated call. I get there about 5 and the place is locked up and dark with the sign on the door that says Will Return at 9:30. Now I know they don't close until 6pm so where are these people. Why isn't anyone answering the phone. or in the office. My moto is if you can't get good customer service, go someplace else... I'll be moving. The storage business is taking advantage of people. So sad!!
