Their drivers are dangerous.One of their drivers decided to cut me off in a left turn lane by turning left in front of me from the right lane and then stopping in the median, blocking my view entirely. They then decided to "wave" me by, like it's somehow ok. There was no light, there was no blinking- this was done very quickly and they almost side swiped me as I attempted to make my left turn. Somehow, they couldn't wait their turn to make a left, but had to park themselves in the median while the two cars in opposing left turn lanes had to deal with this guy blocking the intersection.This was at ~4:45pm today on Ox Road. For the record- you don't cut in front of a person making a left turn. You wait until that person turns and then you can make your left. It's completely dangerous otherwise, because no one is expecting a truck to suddenly come from the right to cut them off in a left turn lane. Blocking the median just because you are in a rush prevents the drivers in the left turn lanes from actually being able to see around you. It is dangerous and reckless.

One of their trucks driven my Mike Bond damaged my car. It was a hit and run luckily someone saw him. Now they're given me the run around making prove I have insurance before they will take action.

My shipping need was handled quickly and very efficiently. I really appreciate the service that I got from Old Dominion. They probably don't get too many shipments that arrive on a Lowe's trailer pulled behind a Honda Pilot!

I want to personally thank the driver, Russell, for forseeing potential problem to address it beforehand. He realized my delivery would not have been possible with the size of his truck given the location of the house. So with his heads up, we were able to place the delivery onto another smaller truck and have it delivered on time. Now that's service!

Had to pick up an item for my boss today, and came a little unprepared knowledge wise on how to strap the item to the roof of my truck. Customer service was wonderful!. I was by myself with 2 children and a special needs young man, and Craig came out and helped me quickly with a smile on his face. Thanks guys!

This company is unlike all others. They will not allow their drivers to take about a 1/4 mile country road to deliver. They expect you to wait for a call then standby at the main road to receive packages. If my road was something scary I could understand, but this is a flat well maintained road.
Chose someone else if you have the option.

These guys are completely incompetent. My shipment for scaffolding did not arrive on time. It was supposed to arrive yesterday, but it didn't get here until today. They kept changing the “estimated arrival time†yesterday so I lost a day just sitting out front waiting for it to arrive. They claim they called, but I had zero missed calls and was out front of my house. So they lied to me about that. I was lied to about the size of the shipment- it came in huge 8x8 squares, when I was told the scaffolding would come in individual pieces put into long slim boxes. So it was completely different, it requires a large box truck to move addresses... meaning I would need it delivered directly to the jobsite. However, they wouldn't deliver it directly to the jobsite today, even after I was willing to sign or pay whatever they needed. Then when I called the manager himself to explain the situation and why it was important for my business that the scaffolding will be there today, he hung up on me. Completely incompetent
