My shipping need was handled quickly and very efficiently. I really appreciate the service that I got from Old Dominion. They probably don't get too many shipments that arrive on a Lowe's trailer pulled behind a Honda Pilot!

Had to pick up an item for my boss today, and came a little unprepared knowledge wise on how to strap the item to the roof of my truck. Customer service was wonderful!. I was by myself with 2 children and a special needs young man, and Craig came out and helped me quickly with a smile on his face. Thanks guys!

Great experience! On time delivery. Reasonable price. Truck and driver presented very well -- obvious pride in type of work and workmanship. The item delivered was manufactured and packed by Century Heating; offered for sale by Northern Tool; delivered fully intact by ODFL. I heartily applaud the entire 'supply chain' here!
