During my recent visit to your veterinary clinic, I encountered a vet assistant who seemed unengaged and dismissive. Her brief, one-word answers and unfriendly demeanor made me feel uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I expect professional service and empathy, not judgmental attitudes.
To enhance client experience, consider training staff on effective communication, empathetic interactions and objective neutrality. Ensure assistants understand clients deserve respect and courteous service, regardless of internal sentiments. If your assistants are unhappy with their role, encourage them to seek alternative opportunities and hire people who are passionate about providing professional service.
The assistant's apparent unhappiness with her role was palpable, seeming irritated by her presence at work. This negatively impacted my experience. The front desk team was lovely but I've decided to never return to Ohana.

Exceptional staff, warm and friendly to humans and animals alike. We've had dogs since 1986, and several vets over the years. Ohana is by leaps and bounds(pun intended!) the best one--the others don't even compare!

We have coming to Ohana since 2018 after a friend told us this was their most favorite vet. We have consistently been so pleased with the service and level of care, filled with compassion, education, and love for our dog.

Love Ohana! We have taken all our dogs and cats there for over 17 years. The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and the Vets & Techs take great care of our pets. It's a very well managed business.

Friendly staff, head vet is veryoutgoing and genuinely interested in your pet. Discharge papers are very in depth with lots of info. Only been there for puppy visits, but I have learned a lot and enjoy going there.
