I usually love Harris teeter but this one almost always has expired products out on the shelf and we always have to check dates before we buy especially for dairy items. Produce is also usually not fresh at this location. Disappointing quality.

This was one of those places that carry many of the items that you look for and actually has it.

For a long time I’ve always chosen Harris Teeter over Safeway because I live in between the 2. But lately HT has been out of stock of some produce I need every time I go in. Having to go to 2 different stores every trip isn’t worth it so until someone fixes this issue, I’ll be using Harris Teeter a lot less frequently.

For some reason every time I come to get a sandwich made from your deli, it seems like the person making the sandwich is doing it for the first time. I don't mean making for the first time at Harris Teeter, I mean making one for the first time in their lives. They make the sandwich as if they don't know how to put on condiments, how much of condiments to put on, how to layer the sandwich, or even how to fold it properly so that the meat and cheese don't fall out. I doubt that spending an hour teaching the deli employees how to make a sandwich will slaughter the bottom line of the store, but apparently the store doesn't seem to care. Their lack of management is why we try not to buy groceries there and instead drive 10 minutes to Target to avoid buying expired products still on the shelf, I am talking about canned items too (which is insane). A Panera bread has just opened up down the in the same shopping center and its clear I should be buying sandwiches from them instead of coming home with the garbage you put together and having to remake it so it is acceptable. I would tell you to do better but this is clearly as far as you can take it. Hopefully the Aldi opening across the street will diminish your business enough that it can be replaced with something valuable.

Playoff weekend so extremely busy, completely understandable. What is not understandable is the manager not jumping in to help the associates with a four people line in the deli. The associates did not acknowledge the line or say "we will be right with you". I was in line for over 20 minutes and not one person in the store including the manager of the store or the deli manager jumped in to help. The team should be trained to call for assistance and there is no reason managers should not notice and help.

This is a nice store. Great produce. I still can't get over the checkout process. It seems so much slower than a regular Kroger checkout.

Always a good experience shopping here but not for all items of course. All employees have always been helpful when in need. Deli is the best!

Angie needs to learn some manners when dealing with customers at the register. She was very rude to me when ringing me up when I requested the transaction to be tax exempt.

Absolutely love their salad bar. There are tons of fresh options for a great price. I've been making my salads for $7-$9 a salad where these would easily go for $15-$20 if buying from a restaurant. It's so nice to have a quick healthy option that's also affordable when I'm out and about.

Always a terrible experience at the Bristow, VA Harris Teeter. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful, especially the toothless deli woman and the store is dirty and disorganized. The prices were also ridiculously high, and many items were past their expiration dates. When confronted the management is dismissive and loudly obnoxious. Avoid shopping here. You have been warned.
