I have been coming to this place for a couple of years now with no issues, but the other day I was sold a faulty vape and they did not allow me to replace it after purchasing. Very unfortunate since it’s close to my house but I will not be able to come again if they are selling faulty vapes with no way to replace it. I love the owner but I’m so disappointed!

I am happy with this store. The owner is very nice and even knows what I like to buy when I walk through the door. This is my go-to smoke shop for whatever I need.

I have been going to good times regularly for over a year, and I can’t recommend a better shop! The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and the store is very clean and has a great selection of products! The owner grabs me my regular items as soon as he sees me walk in, he definitely cares about his customers and has great customer service skills. Highly recommend this store!!

Went to purchase cigars and the cashier tried overcharging the purchase. The cigar was listed at $13.99 each and he tried to charge $19.99 each. We comfronted and he kept denying he did anything wrong. Then he started the transaction over and was rude about the situation. Terrible customer service. If purchasing please be careful of the price. The cashier can input his own price.

The flat raps that your company makes sucks they make our cigars look weird, they also need to be slow burning they burn too way too fast, and whenever these raps come out of the machine some of them are messed up in the corners and the top.

Stopped in to check out 'Good Times Tobacco' last week. I picked up a couple of Dominican-based cigars, as well as some miscellaneous smoking supplies. They have a small walk-in humidor with a decent selection of cigars. #GoodTimesTobacco
