Called to make an appointment, was asked to be put on hold. They never really put me on hold. The person who answered the phone was discussing another client in such a vile manner. Disgusting behavior to say the least. Ended up hanging up because I was kept waiting too long.

Caring Hands took great care of my dog! Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable staff walked us through every step of my dog's upcoming surgery and let me know as soon as the procedure was complete. I highly recommend Caring Hands Bristow!

We took our Rottie, Dexter, to the vet and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Dexter can be pretty mean, and after COVID, he hasn't had much interaction with a vet. But the team here was amazing—they took great care of him, and he even wanted to be petted by one of them! It's such a relief to have found this place. We're so glad we chose them for Dexter's care.

What a great place to take my dog! First and foremost, the vet was wonderful and thorough. The staff was friendly, efficient, and caring. My dog was well taken care of at Caring Hands. I highly recommend this place.

Very patient and caring team here! My cat is MEAN and on top of that was sick and not feeling well and although it took a couple tries Dr. Murphy and the team took good care of him and got him well. Thank you Caring Hands!

I love this practice. I have always been particular when it comes to vets since I worked in the animal field (vet offices, dog daycares and was an ACO) and their staff is amazing. I have multiple animals and have never had a negative experience here with any of the vets and have been coming here for years. I really connected with Dr.Dean as we both took care of bottle babies for the shelter. She, and the rest of the staff, are so compassionate and treat every animal like their own. I have never felt rushed or as if I was "just a client." Dr. Dean helped my dog pass on Wednesday. She and the tech made the whole process as comfortable as possible. Everything was done when I was ready, and Dr.Dean even sat with us for a bit even after he passed. I can't recommend them enough and will continue to use them for the care of my remaining pets.
