Do not take alterations here. I took my pants here after the original stitches came off. They did a terrible job sewing it using wrong color thread and uneven ugly stitching. I showed it to the worker and she said "it's okay it's in the inside." Completely unacceptable!!! For a very simple fix they charged $12 and ruined my pants. Absolutely incompetent tailor and awful customer service!!!

I prefer to spend time on positive reviews to help neighbors & friends, however this place is so bad that people should be warned away. Take a moment to drive a little farther to get the service you deserve. They overcharge for everything after the fact, and are extremely unreliable. They don't even adhere to the work hours, as the worker lady sneaks out, and gets irritated when she has to get up from her Korean soap operas to help you. What a terrible business and waste of space.

I wish I had observed the pricing range and low ratings before entering this establishment. They charged me $75 to dry clean my comforter, but failed to remove the stain and kept the money. Due to the language barrier, it was difficult for me to communicate with them. Each time, they charged me $7 to dry clean my business blouse. I went to a different dry cleaner, which charged me $25 to clean my bedspread and $2 to clean my blouse, and guaranteed that the work would be completed the next day. I had no trouble conversing despite the fact that we spoke two languages. Cant give zero stars or I would.

I brought 2 area rugs in to be laundered. No special cleaning needed, just too heavy to wash at home. There was a spot that i had partially cleaned, and would have come out after laundering. The lady said i should clean it myself. Thats why i brought it there in the first place. I have used them before and they have done an ok job, but Im never going back.

I took a coat with wine stains and I let them know and they told me they could remove it and when they gave it to me the same wine stains were still there, I had to take it to another dry clean and they did a good job

My husband needed a suit cleaned by the next day for our sons wedding. Bristow Cleaners were very helpful and able to clean in 1 day. They were very friendly and quick.

I get shirts and suits dry cleaned and they do a good job. Prices are a little high but more to do with the zip code.

Never again. They lost a very expensive article of clothing and made ZERO EFFORT to remedy. The response I got was "We would have to go through every item and we don't have time for that" REALLY!?!?! OMG!!!! YES!! Go through the rack! That is your JOB. Not once did anyone ever say they had made every effort to locate, apologize or offer any compensation This was a handmade suit and now there are no pants. The suit is destroyed and I told them that. Zero response. Just stared at me. Take some Customer Service training. Really. It is so needed. If this is the way they treat their customers they are not going to last long. If you value your moneey and your clothes - stay away.

Initially, when I took a coat to this dry cleaners, it had 12 buttons on it that I wanted to get reinforced. I asked the lady how much it would cost to REINFORCE the buttons a piece. She quoted a price of $1.00 per button and I agreed in addition to dry cleaning. When I picked up the coat she wanted $76 for the dry cleaning and button reinforcement. I reminded her of her estimate, but she refused to honor her estimate. I never went back-10 years.
Recently, my dry cleaners at Target plaza closed, so I decided to give this shop another shot. Immediately, when I went in the lady was rude and wanted to charge extra for any dog hair she found. BIG MISTAKE, JUST NOT A WELL RUN DRY CLEANERS. Stay away!

$10.75 to clean and press a suit?! This is my first and last visit. Get with the times, price per garment (I.e. $1.99).

They charge extra for cleaning a small spot on suit pants. Isn't their job to clean the pants? Why are they charging extra to do what they're supposed to do anyway? The $10 minimum for credit card and no personal checks is ridiculous...its 2018, most people dont carry around cash. Never using them again.

The worst. I had been taking my garments there for a few months. Picked up 5 pieces of clothing and they smelled HORRIBLE. I took them back to re clean and the woman said she couldn’t smell anything, even though she couldn’t stop coughing. They “cleaned” the items again supposedly but still smelled horrible. I don’t know what they did to my clothes but I will never go back. I would give zero stars if it was possible.
