Called Bobcat of Northern Virginia to come and fix my machine. Came and said it needed a hose. Week later hose came in. Came to put it on the machine wasn’t even the hose. Mechanic said I can’t work on here at your house. Have to bring it in to our shop. Wasted two weeks with the road mechanics. Took it to the shop said we are two weeks out. Going on a month hasn’t even made it to the shop. Every time I call I get the answer of maybe they will get in this week.

Brought a machine in there to have some recall work done said it would be a couple of days had to rent a skid steer while mines was getting fixed. They end up having the machine for two weeks and charge me $1800 for rental. And said they did me a favor by getting the machine done in two weeks.

Recently purchased a Zero Turn Bob Cat from the Bristow shop. The machine is a BEAST!! So happy with the performance, and from what I can see, maintenance should be very easy. The sales rep, Ashleigh Braley, was very helpful, professional, and not pushy at all. She never pretended to know an answer to my questions if she didn't know the correct one and would ask one of the mechanics for a clearer explanation if needed. The machine cuts like a dream, "professional" looking cut, handles very well, and the time it takes to do the lawn, about 3 acres, is half what it was with a 60 inch belly mower.Tim F.

Absolute worse experience you could possibly get. We bought a $65,000 Bandit chipper Aug 30, 2021. In May, it wouldn't start. We took it to the Winchester branch to get it fixed under warranty. They charged us $1000 just to "diagnose" the problem (incorrectly) telling us the code said there was no oil and we needed a new engine for $15,000. We took it back to the mechanic we've trusted for over 30 years and he said it was full of oil. He said the timing gear broke and it should be covered by warranty. Bobcat did not have our back and I would never use them again. Our mechanic is fixing the engine -no replacement needed, for a fraction of what Bobcat of VA wanted to charge us. Thieves with no honor.

We had a gentleman that worked there head of service department make a huge mistake. He couldn’t tell me a reason or anything for the bobcat we own 595 if it was covered under a warranty and the machine had been there for one week, so we had to make a decision to get a rental and the only unit they had in rental was a bigger unit. I asked him because it was a bigger machine is this machine allowed to be on the trailer legally or is it too heavy and would it fit on the trailer we have ? He assured me the bobcat rental we had picked up was within legal weight limits of the trailer we purchased at Bobcat of Northern Virginia, come to find out we were pulled over 15 minutes later for being overweight with the machine our our trailer and were fined . We ended up using the machine and accidentally breaking the window on the unit that day and because of that situation with the gentleman being wrong about the weight and us getting a ticket he assured us we would not be charged for the window replacement. We had received an invoice from Bobcat, and I told them what happened and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Even though their own employee mentioned what they will do they did not uphold their side of it, because they said he does not work here anymore. How is anyone to trust anyone that works there when they are not standing behind what they said, and over a few hundred dollars, when our purchases are over 100k with them….

The lady Barbara there helps people steal others equipment by illegally making titles and selling them off. She helped a guy steak mine and now u have to go through court to prove that I bought it and he doesn't have any right to it. The LAW is after her and any other criminals in that place. So she better watch her moves close.
