Was helped by a fairly heavy accented woman. She was nice enough though. The issue seems to that she was to have sent s9me information to my cell/email and I never received anything. I am nable to access my account. I called BOAs tool free number and I was told that I had to go back to the branch.Very inconvenient.

Customers can tell if they are being treated well or not by small gesture or the way they talk to customers. Some people shouldn't be working at retail. I went into open up an account for my son and this guy seemed like he didn't want to help us from the beginning and said we have to wait 45 minutes before someone can see us. So I told him we will come back later. Usually then they would say have a good day or something but he didn't say a word to us. And I have tried to call to make an appt for past few days, no one answered the phone.

I had a great experience at this branch. Prince was so Professional and kind. Helped to me and my wife with opening new accounts and applying Credit cards. Also, He was very patient about our questions. He guided too well and gave a lot of information about banking. I can not thank him enough. Also I'm using their drive-thru ATM and they are always in-service whenever I need.

They were closed early (an hour before the listed hours on the door) 3 days in a row. They don't care about their customers needs.

I have been with Bank of America for 39 years. Thus, I have witnessed several name changes for this organization. Words cannot describe how disappointed I have been with the service. Many times I have experienced only one teller servicing the people in line. There seems to be a fragmented progress. So, we the people wait in line to deposit or get our money at the same time they are using out money to make profit. My daughter ( who was restricted to a wheelchair before her death in April ) and I visited a location and they don't even have a teller area in any of their banks for people who are disabled. Yes, they have a boxed apparatus set up for businesses who bring in large amounts of coins but it is not designed for the handicap. My question is.... If the Department of Justice conducted an evaluation would their processes pass the mark under the disabilities act. To add to injury, as I stated earlier my daughter passed away in April 2021 at the prime age of 27 years of age. My daughter purchased a car and financed it through Bank of America. I was told initially that they could forgive some of the balance which I plan on paying off. They asked fir the death certificate in which I sent. I talked to at least 10 different people. I even attempted to talk to a regional director in which I was told he DOSEN'T talk to clients. I was blown away by the statement. I bet he'll take my money. Needless to say, this went on for 2 months. Historically, I usually maintain thousands of. dollars in my checking account and do to this day. I recently deposited $100,000,00 dollars in my account but removed it quickly to invest elsewhere. I have nothing good to say about Bank of America and I refuse to write my disappointment of Bank if America in anger. As a loyal client, I cannot continue to stand by on the side line and support such an organization who doesn't care. Certainly, actions speak louder than words.

I had a wonderful experience at this branch last week. Rasti was exceptionally professional and pleasant to work with. I have visited other BofA branches and this one by far has been the best one. Keep up the great work. Thank you.

visited this location 3x.. first was for simple ATM use. 2nd, I went to deposit my fiancée's check as she did not have a bank account and was denied due to the name on the check regardless if the check was signed and verbally confirmed over the phone. Other locations did not have any issue helping me at all.Today, my 3rd visit, I was also turned away again due to them not having a machine for a Bank of America issued U.I debit card.Glad this is not my main location. only came to this location due to it being close to my place of work. but never again.well only for ATM use I will visit.

If regular business were run like banks, they would all be out of business. They hide behind counters and 800 #s to disguise their horrible customer service. It's a joke. ATMs are normally broken, everyone standing around and have the nerve to charge customers for simple tasks like wires or money orders. Cant wait until the dollar crashes and all of these horrible business close. The only nice part is the new look. #meaningless to BANKING customers
