Only 2 tellers in the entire place on the first of the month. I came to cash my check and stood inside at least 20 mins waiting on one person of front with others in front of me and the line hadn't moved at all. I come to the drive thru to cash my check and now I'm waiting for the woman in drive thru to help the teller up front along with many other cars. There should be more tellers at this bank on the first of the month. This is a ridiculous amount of time to wait. Thank you to to workers that are here but some type of management should be stepping in to get other tellers here to help or other management here to help

This branch disrespects Veterans and the elderly! I’ve witnessed verbal and near physical assault on an elderly gentleman at the hands of the branch manager. Please avoid this location if you’re elderly or a Veteran.

I have had issues with this bank multiple times. Even when asking for customer service, they still put me on hold. Unfortunately this isn't the first time that I have to deal with this. If I could give this zero stars, I would.

I used the drive through because you still have to have an appointment to go inside. All but one of the people inside were wearing masks to protect me from Covid. The young lady helping me it was hanging from her ear, not protecting me. Don't get me wrong, she was great, but open your business!!! I'm all for protection from this terrible disease, but if your going to limit access to your branch, you should put forth an effort to protect those in the drive through as well.
