I have never met a group of lazier, more robotic people in my life. If what you ask takes longer than five minutes, they simply refuse to do it. We have been told that they do not cash out loose change because it takes too long. If you have a question about your account, they have a preprogrammed set of responses that they spew no matter what you try to explain. They simply will not listen to anything the customer has to say, even if their prepared rhetoric has absolutely nothing to do with the problem you are trying to address. On the wall there is a saying about customer courtesy being the number one priority, I believe they need get a dictionary and look up the meaning.

We have been investing through this office for 30 + years. It was Wheat First, First Union, Wachovia, and now Wells Fargo. Robert Blevins III now is the advisor and has been there 20 years. His father Robert Blevins, Jr. was there before him. Good principles carry you through good and bad economic times.
