The checkouts and atmosphere is different in this store. I like it! The single drink coolers and snacks section cool. Like a convenient store.

Out of all the Walmarts in the Tri-Cities Tennessee this is the best Walmart!!! Cheaper prices than any Walmart in the Tri-Cities!!! When we were there me and my daughter used ladies bathroom. I've been in some Walmarts where the bathroom is just nasty and disgusting this was very clean nice and tidy had paper towels and soap. Yeah so I will be definitely going back to this Walmart because I saved a lot of money by going to that one then the one that I normally go to which is Johnson City or Bristol on the parkway. If you live in the Tri-Cities Tennessee I said hey take the drive down to it it's worth it.

Pick-up: Eggs are always broken, rotten potatoes and strawberries (could not make it home with windows up because of potatoes), usually friendly and I don't have to go in
In-store: "greeters" are now "loss-prevention" and stop old ladies with unbagged cases of cat food, shelves are no longer stocked but filled with cases of products like at discount grocery stores but for full price, self-checkout closed but no registers with associates at them either, soliciting outside, soliciting and satisfaction rating at self-checkout, associates at registers act like you are bothering them when you don't use self-checkout

What can I say, it's Walmart ??♀️ Never have I ever had a good time in Walmart. In this one AI makes self checkout impossible. Good job corporate ?? You made something that was convenient, extremely inconvenient.

I had asked my 73-year-old mother to return a set of battery terminals that were never opened and with the receipt that had only been purchased 2 weeks ago (a $6 set at that) to return since she was going to wallmart anyway today.... To my surprise she calls me and tells me that the lady at customer service and another gentleman opened the package in front of her said they were dirty and used and acted like they would not return, thankfully she called me while still in the Store... Let me just say first of all that I feel horrible for even asking her to do this, now she is 73 years old she but with the receipt in hand and like I said an unopened package I told her to walk back up there and ask to speak to the manager I wish she would have Handed her phone to them right then... They finally did return them And after I got off the phone with her I called the store. Josh I understand that you were the one who fixed this situation but my problem is whoever had the attitude and made my mother feel the way that she did over this $6 situation (I would have just threw them in the trash honestly instead of having her deal with this) whoever the cashier is does not need to be working customer service and when I spoke to Josh on the phone He just acted like he did me a favor by being the one who finally made the return I am really furious over this $6 situation it's ridiculous. If you don't know how to place you're employees where maybe you shouldn't be in the position you are inThat is part of your job and having someone in customer service being so disrespectful says a lot about you... Yeah Walmart is a huge store that will never run out of customers but things like this is really what gets under someone's skin.... Maybe you should think about if it was your mother or grandmother that's how you should treat all of your customers as if they were important Because your customers is why you have a job in the first place and you shouldn't have people telling you this in you're a position pull the cameras up And look at what happened.... Her health nerves are a lot more important than a $6 pack of battery terminals.
