My husband had surgery and we had to come back to get his meds bc the pharmacist was busy. When we picked up the meds there was only 7 out of 12 pills in the bottle. How incompetent are you that you can’t count to 12?

Most pharmacist's are rude. They take it out on you when they mess up with attitude. Most of the time the people behind the registers are nice. They are also really slow.

This used to be a great place. The techs were knowledgeable and helpful, and very sweet. Idk where those wonderful people went, but the new staff is rude and acts like you're bothering them. I traded with Walgreens for years. But no more....the co-pay went from $10 to $80.86, $15 to $73.The teenaged looking, bleached blond with a Pebbles Flintstone doo tech had no explanation. Just a snide smile. She even went so far as to tell me repeatedly that they closed in 4 minutes and I'd have to come back tomorrow for my muscle relaxer, Tizanadine and WOULD pay that price. She even made a notation in on the computer that I was to pay the $80.86 price NO MATTER WHAT! No helpful offer to find out why the co-pay was so suddenly so outrageous. And no offer to get me a partial prescription so I could sleep and not be in pain. The one pill that helps me sleep. Well, talking to my insurer, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of TN, they had not run it through on the insurance as they should.. But just run it per cash price. Thanks! Being on a fixed income everything is budgeted. Guess I'll be visiting the food pantry this month.Alicia, the insurer pharmacy representative, filled a grievance on Walgreens. And I will do so as well when the forms come. I'm actually looking up The Center for Medicare and Medicaid reporting form for Medicare. I'm on Disability after 20+ years as an RN. I do not appreciate being made to feel like retarded scum! I will be transferring my business to CVS. I cannot wait to see how THAT turns out.

I guess a heads up email or phone call would be to much trouble for customers with appointments? Unreal!

Your pharmacy technician was talking to another customer expressing disdain that "obese" is a qualifying condition for 1c of covid-19 vaccinations in front of other customers! And then your "manager", Jason had the fall to say, "I'm sorry you were offended"??? What he needs to say is, "I'm sorry we were offensive, and we will do better."Shame on you.

Cashier had a bad attitude. All I wanted to do was print off one photo. Not only did the photo turn out terrible, but the cashier up front acted like she was too good to be there.
