The most unorganized, non-communicative, incorrect information, and lost With 0 cares given pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your medication. High blood pressure and Gray Hair is a major side affect of doing business here! Even when you give the management team feedback of improvements needed from their staff in terms of communication 24hrs later you still have the same issues! Bottom Line No One Cares about customer experience only a paycheck! This is the problem with society doing a quality job is a thing of the past. Long story short, keep your expectations extremely low when doing business here!

I've don't really have any good to say about this Walgreens other than they have one employee that is top notch. The rest are not polite and they wanted me to drive to Kingsport to get one of My prescriptions after I ve waited on them for 2 days. Do not go here .

Been getting my prescriptions here for almost a year, but for some reason the past 3 times I have to be harassed and told there is a problem with it being filled the last 3 times , mind I call hours In advance to make sure I have no issues! But yet I have had a problem, I come and get the run around on the same exact prescription and end up wasting almost an hour of my day either in the drive through or in this store! I will not be doing business here anymore after today ! 8/10/22
