This site is really a hit or miss site. Had to go 3 times to get the manager to do what he advised what he would do. Sometimes I go in and get things resolved first time. Trend is if you have to go back the return experience is worse. Only come to this site because the other 'verizon' places in the area are 3rd party owned.

I am beyond dissapointed with this store. I went and paid $500 to pay off my 22 ultra back in February. I wanted to get my wife a 24 ultra because her birthday was comming up. Mind you she's with another carrier. I specifically asked them if the credit for my trade-in would be applied monthly or as a flat one time credit. Because I intended to pay the phone off before June (Next month) I was told that it would be all applied to the device balance for the new phone (24Ultra) in 2 - 3 billing cycles and that I could pay the remaining balance at that time. They then took my 22 ultra as trade in sent it to the warehouse to be refurbished and re-sold. Only to find out now 2 - 3 billing cycles later that I'm now locked into a 36 month contract and in order to get my device trade in credit it would be me having to keep this phone with them for 36 months. As they apply the monthly credit and that there's no way to get my old phone. Or reverse this. I'm beyond frustrated and upset.
EDIT: went to the link provided filled everything and still have heard nothing. Still an insane dissapointment. Will be switching companies in the near future.

Why can't a contract customer call and speak to an Verizon agent to ask a question, using a non customer phone?

My son and his wife had managed to convince Verizon that they were the account holders. The two of them with the assistance of Verizon had suspended my number and were on the way to delete it all together. They changed all my security info.
This was the third store I went in to to beg for help. Without hesitation the young woman stepped up, and recognized the situation to be serious for me. Her with the manager handled the situation swiftly. They were able to restore my number, and delete the other two numbers from my accounts and restore the My Verizon Account Access as well as put in more security measures. Im sure it is just a step for a Stepper, but for me this is a great relief. I am homeless and travel for work. My Phone is my lifeline for work, housing, and how to stay in touch with everyone. I am very much appreciative.

I purchase phone for myself July 30, 2023 and purchase phone for my wife November 30, 2023 from employee Brian. 5 star experience doing business with him.A week or so after i purchased my phone i was having issues with phone and went back ro store and Shane assist me . 5 star experience doing business with him as well. My wife was having issues with her phone so we went in the store today , Brian was busy with other customers. Shane said Brian would be busy with the customers for a long time and offered to help us which ge did. He solved the issue in a very timely manner and ask if there was anything else he could help with. Excellent services

Wow, I have never given a review so quickly. I came in there this evening, no one greeted me or really acknowledged me for that matter. I stayed in there about 10 minutes ( and I should’ve left sooner) All the workers had customers and I get that but they could’ve at the least said we’ll be with you shortly or something. Super unprofessional and I won’t give people like that my business. I’ll go back to the last Verizon store I used in Johnson city.

I have to give 5 stars to this store, and frankly, I am amazed, because I fully expected to give way less. I had an abysmal experience online with the Verizon Chat, and went in the store expecting the same. Dustin Cardwell assisted us, and was completely and thoroughly kind, professional, patient, and solved our issues systematically 100%. He did not rush, he did not attempt to try to sell us a ton of unnecessary things we did not want or need, he was honest to a fault, he was understanding of our situation, and most importantly, he took on the dilemma as if it truly mattered to him that it be solved. I cannot give this Verizon representative enough praise because I walked in the store today with every intention of closing my account and going directly to a competitor. He saved the day.

Salesperson tried to sell me home internet that isn't available in our area.Anything to make a sale. The Verizon site said it's not available, yet they still wanted to sell it to me.
