this car wash is a complete scam. I went there for a one time car wash. The guy said to me for $12. You can come back this month as many times I said I don't want any type of recurring membership I just wanna come in for a one time car wash he said it would really help me out and you're only gonna be charged today. It's unbelievable that the local car wash has employees lying and scamming people. It's unbelievable. This company is a scam.

Love the wash. Elizabethton location has been having problems. The wash process has not worked correctly. And another visit, my car had an oily film over my entire car. Employees didn't know what to do, and they kept running cars though instead of shutting down and fixing the problem. Very disappointed
