The lady at the dressing room was so nice and helpful! She made my shopping so much nicer! The store was clean and organized. The staff was friendly! They had a great selection

I usually do not write reviews unless something is serious enough to be shared. And that was certainly the case at this store. I was in shock at how polite and helpful the staff were. The ladies at the cashier all went above and beyond to assist my family with our purchases and locating additional items we were seeking. The staff made shopping there a joy and we look forward to returning to continue purchasing from this location again in the future. If you are in the area treat yourself by stopping by and picking up some things.

The difference between this and the Johnson City, TN store is amazing... I will not waste my time at the TN store again. Choice is so much better in VA... so glad we took a wrong turn and found this shopping center. The only down side is -- they do not accept returns from Marshall's (weird as they are the same company).
Anyway, can't wait to return again next time when we have a lot more time yo to really look & shop!

The store was relatively busy but every department was neat and clean. The best part was that the checkout had plenty of cashiers!
