Representative had an attitude because I asked to verify the order address before it was placed. Didn’t give me any kind of receipt. Told me it would arrive in two business days. I later had to cancel same day because not only was the delivery time wrong but he ordered the wrong product. Idk how hard it is to communicate with the customer and confirm the phone being used and the products available. They don’t even sell the product I need for my phone. I checked for myself later because it just felt wrong… I didn’t like my experience and I was right not to trust him. Learn your job. It’s not that hard. If you’re ever unsure ask someone for help instead of randomly doing whatever you want. So annoying. And I’m only giving them three stars instead of one because I like the blonde girl and the blonde guy that works at that location. It’s to bad they weren’t working that day. Even if I couldn’t get what I wanted that day at least I wouldn’t have been angry and felt like I’ve waste my time and unnecessary gave out my personal information to an incompetent individual.

called Pinnacle location on 01/30/2023 at 6:25 pm and spoke Gabe. after recent upgrade, requested assistance in removing malware. Gabe informed me that I would have come into store, to have it removed. Wonderful, I will be there in 10mins. Then was informed that they would not be available since store was closing shortly (even though 8pm is posted closing), and that I could come in the next day after 10am or go to another location. Due to logistics another location is not possible, so guess I will have to wait until after work tomorrow and hope they will be available/open.

My wife dropped her Pixel 3A in some water and it was quickly dying. So we decided to buy a Pixel 6A for her. Upon arriving at the Pinnacle T-Mobile, her phone was about gone, with 1/2 of the screen black. But Dakota, aka phone wizard, steps up and somehow managed to keep the old phone alive long enough to be able to transfer her contacts, etc. over to the 6A. I don't think it was easy, but Dakota was determined to help us. This guy is a gem; look for him to help you at this location. And T-Mobile, give him a raise!!
