I asked about a promotion being offered if it was available and the person taking orders said " I guess" in a rude voice. They ignored one of my questions, Then I asked if my son could have whip cream with a lid and they gave me a pup cup and said this is the biggest I can give without charging. I don't care if they charge me?

Looks like I'm not the only one who has been giving one star to this location. I came in at 8:15 and this location closes at 9:30. They had already put everything in the case away and were mopping the floor by the entrance. It was soaking wet. I literally asked if it was closed because they were all so awkward when I walked in. The guy working said they close at 9:30 but they like everything done at 9....what?? Wish I could just be done with my job 30 minutes early everyday too....

Best baristas ever — and we go to a lot of Starbucks. Friendly, efficient and very competent. Just what we needed on a rough morning on a long trip.

Absolute most terrible Starbucks. I’ve placed multiple orders on app which takes 35 minutes. Employees just sit and talk with no respect or consideration for customers waiting. This particular time I ordered 2 venti drinks. After waiting 30 minutes my husband asked for an update and they were out of venti cups. As you can clearly tell from the photo (the two with whipped cream supposedly made ONE venti Carmel Brûlée iced latte) they were made INCORRECTLY. One looks as dark as black coffee the other like milk. It’s sad when you wait that long, pay for coffee and service is terrible you can’t even get what you pay for or an apology.

The lovely human working the drive thru, I believe his name was Cameron, was just a bundle of joy. Please give this man a raise. He made my day.

Just went through the drive threw and the guy taking our order was absolutely on point with his great personality and welcoming attitude!!!! Best one I have ever seen!!

This was pretty standard Starbucks. The baristas were friendly and working hard, in spite of orders being backed up. There was ample seating and plenty of it was available. There were outlets under almost every table, which was great. I got a sweet cream cold brew and a a seasonal sugar cookie latte. Both were lovely, but I was surprised at the price of my second drink. I got a venti, but my drink was about $8! It was tasty, but I'm not likely to order a seasonal drink with a mystery price tag again. I came on an unusual day (Black Friday), so most people were coming in for to-go orders and going through the drive through. I'm sure the ambiance is much more mellow on a normal day!

I am currently moving to a new home, and was told I could get boxes from the store to take home. One of the baristas, Landess, kept making rude faces, and flipped me off while I was still inside of the store. This is incredibly unprofessional behavior from someone on the clock.

We were the only ones inside and outside at the time and had placed a mobile order so decided to go through the drive thru to grab it. They immediately made sure to tell us that we should be going inside to get it first at the speaker and then again at the window. As a frequent customer at starbucks we do this all the time at other locations and I’ve never been scolded for it. The workers should be be using common sense, if they aren’t busy they shouldn’t be hastling customers for mobile orders being picked up in the drive thru.
