This was the worst haircut I’ve had since I was a kid and cut my hair myself! I tried to explain what I wanted several times and the lady just couldn’t comprehend. She kept trying to make my hair go in the opposite way it grows naturally, so I just gave up and said that’s fine. I was just ready to go at that point and the price for a crappy hair cut is ridiculous. We will not be going back

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!! My son usually leaves haircuts unhappy because no one ever seems to get his hair right, but Joanna completely turned that around. She fixed a bad cut from another salon just in time for school to start, and my son had been dreading going back because of how he felt about his hair. Joanna did an amazing job she paid attention to every detail and made sure he felt confident walking out the door. The difference in his smile and excitement to show off his new cut was incredible. His whole confidence shifted, and it meant the world to us. Truly made a huge difference for my boy!

Just had to shout out Joanna for absolutely nailing my boyfriend’s haircut! 🙌 He’s super picky and honestly kind of a nightmare when it comes to getting his hair done (he’ll admit it 😅), but she crushed it better than any place we’ve been to. The cut was sharp, clean, and exactly what he wanted… which is rare! On top of that, she recommended this styling product that’s been working perfectly for his hair day-to-day. Game-changer. 💯

This isn’t my experience, as I don’t get my haircut here, but a better system really needs to be set in place. What should be a 15-20 minute hair cut takes two hours (and that’s just waiting for them to call your name)

Wasn’t great. Sat down and told the lady I wanted a low fade, and I liked the length on the sides. She proceeds to shave it down to practically the skin all the way up. She was a nice person and tried to fix it. But at that point it was lost. She left me at first with all the length on top… one side blended and one side shaved down and then the long hair as if I’m gonna part it like that. Just not a good experience. But she did say I should have been more descriptive. But I did say I like the length on the sides.

They always do such a fantastic job! I always get the MVP (Haircut and Shampoo). I always enjoy coming here! I have never waited longer than 20 minutes, especially if I check in on the app. Love it here!

Bethany at The Falls (Bristol) really rocked my 8-yr old grandson’s hair style!
Requested style: He wanted a style like Steph Curry, but his hair texture isn’t like Steph’s. So Bethany created a style that was similar to Steph’s, but worked with his hair texture.
