The ********* Schewels furniture store is so focused on delivering grwat customer service. The manager Kenny and sales agent Claudia answered all our questions and took time helping us pick out our new furniture. We would recommend them to anyone looking for furniture. So refreshing to be appreciated as a customer and get quality furniture ??

Was a great experience. Saleslady Kim knew her products and presented it well. Answered all of my questions and pointed out all of the features of the beds I was interested in. Kim was very pleasant and knowledgeable.Diana Combs was very thorough in presenting all the features of financing my purchase.She too, was very pleasant and knowledgeable about financing. Made my purchase easy.Due to my experience with your store, I certainly will consider future purchases at Schewels.

A wonderful place to get furniture. All the lady were so nice and such a big help. Will definitely be going back in the future for more furniture. We went a bought a day bed. And I LOVE it?

Worst experience in my life.I paid on 04/07/2023 for my kids beds from and called 4 times and still they didn’t know when they are going deliver for me, every time I called they told me I transfer to delivery management and they don’t have any answers and they have display one with the same price as new and they are not willing to help thanksToday date is 5/21/2023

All the staff was super friendly and helpful! They enjoyed talking with us and helped us select the best option for our needs. Will definitely return and buy more furniture from this location! I payed the delivery fee and they had the sectional delivered within hours! Delivery crew was super friendly as well and would rearrange the furniture to your desire. Thanks for the wonderful sectional. Highly recommend!!! They have premium products for the price!

I ordered a dining table with chairs. The chairs were not even once the legs were put on.. I had to put one pad on the bottom of one leg of each chair so it would be level. Disappointed

Karen and her staff are very personable and friendly. She gave me an amazing deal. I had been to Grands, Zacks, furniture direct and even Ashley. Her quality service and professional surpassed all of them and I bought my first couch in 8 years.
