I came in with both disc brakes not working on my Walmart bike. It's not just a bike I go out to get a little exercise with, it's what gets me back and forth to work and other of lifes obligations. So stepping in through their doors the staff there were more than helpful and accommodating to solve my issue. Costumer service goes a long way with me and they excited my expectations. On top of that the total cost was very affordable to get me back up and running. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend them if you're a bicyclist on a budget or biking is your passion and you need someone to keep you on the road or trails. 5 Stars ***** +

Looking for a mtb shop, and this was a fantastic experience! Came in with wheel trouble on BOTH my bikes and the mechanic got me rolling again (literally) in about 15 minutes. I know how much of a backlog bike shops can get in the summer for repairs and maintenance and I really appreciate the turnaround time!!Also, the desk staff gave me some tips on where to ride locally and even helped me with a route. Awesome service, all around.

Steve and the folks at Mtn Sports Ltd in Bristol, VA are wonderful and re-assured that it is always better to SHOP LOCAL. I went to 3 larger box stores before this one and none of them provided any kind of service whatsoever neither did they even say hello. Steve greeted my son and I at the door and helped us the entire way through the very important decision of a new mountain bike for my boy. All of our questions and concerns were met with professional advice and courtesy and we learned a lot along the way. Will definitely be doing more business in the future! Thank you MSL!

Shout out to Randi for all her help! I am new to the area and did not know where to start when it came to buying a mountain bike. I appreciate all her time. I also love that I did not feel pressured to buy anything. If you need a bike or other outside gear I highly recommend stopping by even if you just have questions.

Professional, good selection, serviced road bike in a few daysTech must have taken off/loosened the plastic chain stabilizer behind the crank and not re-tighten it. On my second ride after getting the bike back, the chain wedged itself between the crank and frame and caused a pretty good gash in the carbon fiber. Stabilizer was super loose. Will have to buy enamel to repair.
