“After trying to activate a new cell phone over the phone with T Mobile support for an hour and not getting anywhere, I finally said nevermind, I will take it in to the store and get help from someone there. The gentleman named Wade in this store was extremely helpful, and completed the activation of the new phone in 10 minutes or less. He even helped us get my wife's google account and samsung account on the phone. If you need help with a T Mobile phone, this place and Wade is where you need to go. Thanks Wade for all your help.”

5 Clear Creek Rd, Bristol“My son and his wife had managed to convince Verizon that they were the account holders. The two of them with the assistance of Verizon had suspended my number and were on the way to delete it all together. They changed all my security info.
This was the third store I went in to to beg for help. Without hesitation the young woman stepped up, and recognized the situation to be serious for me. Her with the manager handled the situation swiftly. They were able to restore my number, and delete the other two numbers from my accounts and restore the My Verizon Account Access as well as put in more security measures. Im sure it is just a step for a Stepper, but for me this is a great relief. I am homeless and travel for work. My Phone is my lifeline for work, housing, and how to stay in touch with everyone. I am very much appreciative.”
“Brandon the store manager was very helpful and knowledgeable! He helped us figure out a few ways to save on our monthly bill. It was a process getting my new phone set up and my sons switched to my old phone but Brandon was very patient and even stayed late to make sure it was done. Great customer service!!!”
