The staff was rude, even the Pharmacist I spoke to about the issue with was unsympathetic and defensive about my customer care issue. The prescription I needed To have filled was not filled according To the promised time. When I mentioned that, they said the online system was not accurate. Due to their inaccuracies, I was not able to have my last dose of medication that evening and the next day until the prescription could be picked up. Very unsatisfactory! Even after appealing to their greater sensibilities, it all fell on seemingly uncaring ears. Very Customer “Uncare”, if you ask me.

Absolute trash. I moved from Colorado a year ago and I luckily landed at the Kroger pharmacy state of Franklin and I highly recommend switching there if you can I know it’s inconvenient but their kindness and efficiency is worth it. I moved to Bristol 2 months ago to be closer to my husbands job I still travel to Jc for work but I work 12 hours a day and sometimes don’t get to make it. Since I needed a very simple refill I figured I would have the Bristol location fill it once on my day off so I didn’t have to travel. Not only do they act like I stressed them out so hard asking for simple antibiotic 5 count medicine to be transferred (which it you have been with Kroger a while you know it means downloading a profile) but they were so rude to me. They also make me uncomfortable and they are disrespectful not to mention this is the first Kroger pharmacy i have ever gone too that doesn’t carry half my prescriptions which millions of people in the country take. But you know what that doesn’t bother me as much as how rude they are. If you hate your job quit! Don’t take it out on us! Also this Kroger in general is trash it’s hard to find anything and when you ask for help even they are rude!! Never coming back to this store. Ever and I am going to post a picture NO one was there except me and I was ignored for five minutes while they stood and talked. GO TO JOHNSON CITY STATE OF FRANKLIN!!!

I stopped here because I am on vacation and forgot my insulin at home. Wendy and her coworker got me my insulin and took very good care of me at a vacation price that I knew nothing about. They are the best!

The Bathroom facilities are extremely filthy the lights are always out broken and water runs over from the toilets just nasty poor management

I ordered prescription refills last weekend and the system said it would not be ready till Wednesday 11-16. I was unable to get to pharmacy during business hours till noon Friday 11-18. I was told they were not ready and they could fill them in about an hour. I am currently sitting in the drive thru and will remain here till the rx are filled. Many times I have had this same scenario happen at the pharmacy but it is best pharmacy for my med plan.

Everytime I call medication in for next day pick up its necer ready ridiculously long wait times. It may be the cheaper place but I'd rather pay more than continue to get the run around here

I found with my insurance there're the cheapest. That being said, you get what you pay for. Horribly long wait times. I'm tempted to pay a little more for better service and faster refills.

Don't lie and tell me you have my medication, then when I get there tell me you're still waiting on the shipment and you never had it! I'd give 0 stars if it was an option because this is at least the 3rd time this has happened with my maintenence medications!

The pharmacy here is a joke. They take forever to fill prescriptions, even when you do call days in advance for refills. When you run out of refills, they tell you they will get it ready and work on it and don't even tell you about the no refill until you get to store. The workers at self checkout are typically very nice and friendly, though.
