I never really write reviews, but this is the best gym I've ever been to. A lot of squat racks, really good bars, and the courtyard area outside with the strongman equipment (yoke, stones, sandbags, etc.) is awesome. Claude (the owner) is really nice and helpful, and the other members I talked to seem really cool. I wish I lived closer, but I try to come here whenever I am in the area.This gym is a must for anyone interested in anything strongman-related (or just regular lifting as well).

This is the definition of a real gym, the array of specialty equipment and bars is unmatched in our area. Great atmosphere and people. There is a great gym culture and I look forward to my time there everyday.

Went here for a month while I was interning. Good atmosphere, nice people, good equipment, great gym overall.However, IT IS DIRTY! Equipment sanitization outside of the office is left solely to patrons. I will say, there was NEVER a shortage of cleaning product/towels/wipes.It IS a powerlifting gym, but when your palms turn black from the dead skin & bacteria on the dumbbells... there is an issue.

I attended a weight lifting competition there. It was awesome. Very friendly people. Clean facility and nice equipment.

Was in from out of town for a while and needed a spot to go. These guys got me set-up and it’s been an awesome experience! The gym is spacious with lots of barbells, dumbbells, and weights to use - chalk is also provided. I definitely recommend it!
