Definitely recommend this place if you need storage...Tabby was Awesome and very patient and pleasant to speak with. She went above and beyond to help me get into a unit when i had absolutely no time left before my motorcycle was about to be towed and impounded. She will help you in every way possible and go over every possible way to get you into a unit while staying pleasant and patient even when it's time to close up she made time for the lady behind me at the very last possible time to get in minutes before closing. Tabby you are Awesome. Keep up the Great work. ?

A bit of confusion at the very start of the process since a call center Rep sent us to one location to meet a Maintenance man who wasn’t there. Once we called and texted, I received a call from Tabby, the actual on-site location Staff. She was outstanding. My wife met her at her main office (a different nearby location) and was able to arrange everything quickly and smoothly. Tabby was incredibly organized and knowledgeable. Tabby most definitely saved the day, and saved the Sale!

I 81 self storage has worked great for us. We had storage there long term with no problem. Then recently had to get a unit again in an emergency and was able to with no problem. Tabitha has always been great and the easiest person to work with. She is always on top of things!
