I am very dissatisfied with my last trip there. I had been saving points to use at the fuel isle and I saved enough for 2 fuel visits. Which can be used on Wednesday's to save 30 cents per gallon on fuel. When I scanned my card the pump would not honor my discount. I asked the clerk why it would not honor the discount I was told that they had been taken away yesterday because it was the first of the month. I had never been told that food city would do that and when I continued to inquire about the company doing that I was pretty much told tough shit that's the way they do it. Well I went elsewhere and fueled my vehicle and will not be purchasing anything from food city ever again. I don't know if management has ever told the employees how much a dissatisfied customer will cost them. But just off some quick math from what I spent at food city in the past they will lose over a quarter of a million in revenue from me. I will also be encouraging everyone else to shop elsewhere. I dissatisfied customer can cost a store millions.

The chicken salad is AWFUL! It's dry, chicken is poorly cut up, they use sour grapes in it, not nearly enough mayo or seasoning. Whoever makes it obviously doesn't want to, because they don't put any effort into it. I bought the chicken salad in croissants, ended up throwing it away. The store on Euclid Ave/Bob Morrison has really good chicken salad, I'll stick to them.

This is my store. I shop here all the time and spend a ton of money here. However, I ordered a birthday cake to be picked up today. I went over everything with the decorator in person when I ordered the cake. She repeated back to me everything I said. When I picked the cake up today, not only was it one of the ugliest cakes I've ever seen, it wasn't even in the colors I asked for. She had spaced the ugly PURPLE roses so she had to cram the last few letters of my granddaughter's name together. They're illegible. I'm normally not so picky, but honestly, after what I ordered (a simple cake with whipped icing and pastel flowers), compared to what I got ( white iced cake, border and all, with hot pink and deep purple roses - if you can call them roses), I'm embarrassed to even serve the thing. This is the first time I have ever felt so strongly about a cake I've ordered that I have complained. And there have been other flubs. But this one is ridiculous. And of course, the decorator was off today. You absolutely need to get someone in the bakery comparable to Priscilla or don't sell made to order cakes.

Needs healthier cleaner ingredient food and beverage options as well as cleaner beauty, personal, and household items. Everything is so toxic! Flip the labels over public and Google each and every ingredient and know what you are consuming and what it does to your body.

At a time where most of us are seeking to stretch our funds as far as we can. Food City is top of the list for helping to make ends meet.

The lady in the front has horrid customer service. Please don’t talk to me like a child just because I had a few questions!!!! People like her should 100% not work for the public period.

Just moved here and did not have a Food City in Colorado...
Love the store.. it's clean, organized, and well stocked. I would like to have seen more organic items in the store. But maybe I missed them, as today we only went in for a few Items.
I definitely will shop here again!

This Food City sucks! I would much rather go to the one at Euclid Avenue. Need to check the expiration date on your items! I have learned to do that here. Whoever stocks is not doing their job well. Eggs expired a week, Lunch meat 2 weeks, marshmallows a month. The list goes on at the items I have found expired on the shelves. If I am going to pay those prices then I expect to not have to check each item for expiration dates! Need better management!
