We get our prescriptions at this Food City they've always been good to us and we appreciate them all very much. And if we use the drive-thru they are always so nice they even give our dog Boss a treat. Couldn't ask for better

I'm 39 and battling lupus and fibromyagia since 27. Im flaring, I had to use a scooter in the store today. I get to the pharmacy, I speak, "hello" and the cashier, white lady last name McMillian looked me up and down then raised her eyebrows NEVER SPOKE!! I was changing my prescriptions over from CVS E.Valley, only because they slow at filling prescriptions BUT AFTER GREETING that mess at food city, I decided to stick with my pleasant n slow CVS people. They smile and speak EVERYTIME even if they having a bad day. ALSO, YOUNGER PEOPLE BATTLE SICKNESS AND DISEASE JUST LIKE OLD FOLKS, STOP JUDGING THE AGE WHEN YOUNGER FOLKS IN THE SCOOTER!!! Food City PHARMACY Euclid needs to fix that, she running customers away!

This place is like a gem in the grocery business you find special things here that you cannot find anywhere else like my Campbell's spaghetti it's canned spaghetti not SpaghettiOs not spaghetti with meatballs just canned spaghetti Food City is the only store that carries it I love Food City

Meats repackaged. Prices not always marked. The young cashiers almost never thank you or count your change back.Some cashiers have face piercing and colored hair.

Except for the young guy at the register these people are quite rude every time i deal wih them. 30 min always turns into 2hrs. They look at you judgmental if you happen to be rx a narcotic, or you're picking up one for an elderly person in my case. Worst phrmcy in town besides Tn Wal mart. Short, rude answers. Life is too short to be rude to people.

Horrible pharmacy with rude staff. After they decided to move Beverly the place hasn't been the same. The new pharmacists will hardly talk to you and act like it's killing them when they do. God forbid you have a medical question (not like they're doctors anyway I guess). Also, you can hear them talking about their customers. I for one don't appreciate my medical conditions or whatever else they think is funny becoming a joke. Im not quite sure they have been trained correctly. This store is definitely up for new management or at least training on dealing with the public. Luckily there are many other pharmacies with much friendlier staff in the area.
