Took the ol Z71 down here to get front brakes changed for the ol lady, they said it also needed rotor I was like that’s fine, they charged me 700 dollars, they went ahead and added spark plugs and a brake fluid change without me knowing, I mean who does that. So I went back to have the rear pads changed, low and behold same story they put rotors and done another fluid change as if they didn’t just do that the week before, so I leaned across the counter to let the manager have it! He said the counter was bowing down cause I was front heavy and I would have to pay for that too, I hate to tell them they’re not getting another cent out of me!!!

Came here yesterday to get my brakes and rotors changed. They’re a bunch of con artists trying to get me to fix a blown head gasket, replace my alternator, get an oil change, change my air filter, wiper blades and a whole lot of other things that are not wrong with my vehicle totaling over $4k. They charge over $150 an hour for labor and we’re trying to charge me nearly $1000 for my head gaskets and nearly $500 for an alternator. I’d know if those things were wrong with my truck. I think they tried to play me for a fool, just because I’m a woman

10/10 would recommend. Blew a tire while away for vacation, and without appointment or anything had 4 new tires and an alignment done, and was back on the road within less than 24 hours. Really good customer service and good work!

I’ve been sitting here for almost 2 hours and they just now started on my tires. I had an appointment to get 4 tires - two hours ago. Now they tell me it’ll be 45 more minutes. ?
Also they were rude and left dirty hand marks all over my car!

I can not recommend enough the services here. I have never been treated with more empathy and understanding AND they did an amazing job on my rear brake/rotor repair. Friendly, knowledgeable and just good humans.

Brought my car in for a tire balance, quoted at $65, reasonable, fine. Then they said I needed an alignment for $122, reasonable fine.
Then they tell me the bolts to my tire rods are frozen and they can't get them off, so I'll also need new tire rods. Bill is now $428.
Then they tell me ok, we were able to get the bolts unfrozen and I didn't need tire rods. Great.
Bill comes $448. I asked if they went ahead and replaced the tire rods, "no that's the labor cost for getting the bolt off for the alignment."
They charged me $400 for labor when my car was on the lift for 2 hours and nothing underneath is new and the car still shakes.
If you're a woman avoid this place like the plague. I'll be filling a complaint with the BBB.

It has been 2 hours and I've only came for a tire change. The staff has been slacking off and being on there phones as well as shouting and barking/howling at each other. At one point all of the staff had even went off and was nowhere to be found.

Be wary of appointments. Does not mean much. Made an appt for 4p and showed up at 350p to get checked in. By 440p, truck still had not been brought back into the bays. No communication from the front end staff at all regarding time or that they were backed up.
