OUTSTANDING service from Exit 7 Towing!!! My wife and I were on our honeymoon, and we got a flat tire a mile after crossing to our destination, Tennessee (along with about 7 other unlucky folks!) Jil was on the scene in around 10 minutes (probably under) and not only did she get us to the nearest tire shop, she made sure we were properly looked after and used her professional know-how to get us the best deal possible! We were back on the road within the hour thanks to Jil! Not only was she the best kind of professional, she was also simply a kind and caring person and we are SO GRATEFUL to Jil and all the wonderful people at Exit 7 Towing!

I've ended up with 2 flat tires in the past 3 months. In July, my auto insurance referred me to you all for a tow. Jill got to us to the shop and was very helpful. And again, went through auto insurance and another successful tow for repair. Thank you again for all of your help.

They saved my ass! I am from out of town and my tire blew out at 4:30 on a Friday night, I called and told them I had to be at tire shop before they close. Jill showed up within 15 minutes of my call and got me there on time!! Best rates and best customer service ever!!!!

Our driver, Phil, drove very dangerously on the road, was very unprofessional, and damaged the wire harness causing additional repair costs to be required.

Jil came to where my car was disabled and was very nice, very helpful, and my waiting time was very short. Within 5 minutes of her arrival, the vehicle was up and going and ended up not having to be towed.

Nobody loves a random flat tire on a Monday morning with no spare (thanks, Kia), but if you want the possibility of it being more pleasant than expected, you need Jil! Jil was QUICK to pick me up, even when I pulled to the left side of 81 due to a major and sudden flat. She loaded my car up and had us back on the road in less than ten minutes after her arrival. We had great conversation on the way to the tire shop, and Jil had me paid and unloaded in just a few minutes after our arrival.
This was my first time needing a tow truck, and while I hope I don’t need another for a long time, if I do, I’ll be calling Exit 7 and asking for Jil! She was quick, friendly, and the price was very reasonable.

Mz Jill was a life saver .. prompt .. competent .. friendly & Calming .. she felt like my Daughter by the time my experience was over .. NEVER call any one but Exit 7 Towing in the future ,, put their number in your top 10 speed dial ,, just in case ,, & if you are very lucky ‘JILL’ will hop out that big truck ?❤️

I tore a tire on a jagged curb. Jill was so helpful. She located a shop that had my had to find tire in stock and delivered , me, my car and my dog to the Firestone.

This is Deborah Carter I had my Ford expedition at exit 7 towing and they were very nice efficient got me in their got me a light bulb in change my oil got me a new brake fluid reservoir and brake line from their down to my brakes wherever it was rusted out and they took quite a while to do it and I was expecting a very large Bill and actually it turned out to be really good and they took care of me and I really appreciate it and they were all nice and very courteous

I recently needed a jump and sent a request via roadside assistance on my progressive app. Exit 7 towing responded and was at my home in less than 30 minutes, and Jill got my car up and going in a matter of moments. She was very friendly and responsive, we very much appreciated it!
